Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in London Borough of Lewisham

Stayed with some friends and this was exactly what we needed, a homely house to relax in the evening. Chris was super responsive and friendly and their cats were delightful. Really lovely neighbourhood. I’d definitely stay there again!

This was our 2nd stay at the property. Location is great, the house was well appointed with everything we needed - tea, coffee and condiments. Rooms were clean with clean towels and bedding.. The weather was great so we ere lucky enough to be able to enjoy the garden area. Great location to be able to walk to the Cutty Sark, local restaurants and jump on the Uber boats to explore the rest of London. There was plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped. Highly recommend the house and host. Would definitely book again. Jane

The place is really great. It's a wonderful house and it's near Hilly Fields. The cat, Nissim, is easy to look after and there is everything you need in the house. Also, Toni was very responsive and helpful. Easily one of the best places we stayed in.

Our family of five (all adults) stayed for a week at Manuela’s place, and had a wonderful visit. Manuela made every effort to accommodate us, was very responsive to messages, and gave helpful info on nearby sites and restaurants. Taking the train into London’s city center was easy— just a short 8 minute walk to one of two stations, then 20 minutes or less to the city. We enjoyed four nearby restaurants recommended by Manuela and would return to any of them again—all terrific! We would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I had a great stay for a weekend! The house and garden are lovely. The kitchen is great and the caterer we got in loved it too. The house has loads of space and having Mr Sprinkles the cat was a nice treat for us all too. Samuel was an attentive and friendly host and we would all definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Laura’s place for 10 days while visiting London. We do a lot of cooking at home when travelling due to dietary restrictions so it was great to have a kitchen full of everything we needed. Laura was also super thoughtful in regards to our 1-year-old son - there were tons of toys and books for him to play with, plus a travel crib and lots of warm blankets. Finally, the cats (Giuseppe and Phoenix) were sweethearts, so lovey and gentle with our son (who admittedly is used to cats). It was no problems taking care of them, in fact I consider it a perk of this listing!! It is an older home which is not a criticism at all, it is charming and well maintained, it’s more just something to keep in mind if you are visiting from North America where we might have different plumbing styles, etc!

We were there with the family for our daughter’s wedding. The grandkids loved the garden and the trampoline. The house was safe for the children. There were some toys for them to play with in the lounge which went down well. Off road parking was good and space for 2 cars. Handy having a cot available. Could have done with some instructions on how to use the oven.

A lovely place to stay in London, especially considering the fact that it’s close to public transport!

George and Michelle were lovely. They gave great recommendations, let us check in early, consistently offered help and advice when needed, was super kind and we loved the space. It’s hard to find a spacious, modern, AC-friendly Airbnb in Europe, but this was perfect. Highly recommend!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Athena’s place - and both have been absolutely fantastic. Great location, clean, spacious. Thank you - same time next year?

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

It’s safe to say that this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had to date. It’s so nice when a host is responsive, but it’s even better when they are friendly, hospitable, and kind. Maxine has an amazing place to stay, and it’s especially a perfect place for those visiting a friend, or family member at goldsmiths university. Although the location is far from most areas in London, it’s not a problem using public transportation to get back at night. Along with the place being very nice, it has ample hot water and a great main bathroom, a nice living room, and one of the most comfortable beds. Along with all this good, Maxine also has fitted the bathroom with her own bath products, that include a great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I highly recommend this stay, for its cost, comfort, and amazing host, if you visit London.

We enjoyed staying at Sami's place. Everything was like in the pictures. Clean apartment with a very clean bathroom.The view was spectacular. 10/10! 😎 Definitely coming again!

It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

The apartment was impeccable, very well furnished and as described. It is also close to Greenwich Park where we were able to take beautiful walks with our dog. We were less than 10 minutes from the train station to go to central London. The environment is very residential so very quiet. The only small downside was the small noise from the air conditioning in the bedroom. Communication with our host was very smooth. We had a great time and would recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Sérap!

Really enjoyed the flat and made the weekend for myself and my girlfriend, really come together and it was a lovely place to stay. Thomas helped with whatever i needed and was really friendly.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

A lovely flat in walking distance of amenities. Beautiful decor and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No issues finding a parking space nearby. Overall a great place.

Absolutely wonderful host. Very communicative and even helped us pick up the keys early. The flat was beautifully clean and the bed was super comfy. 100% worth the cost for the night and would definitely stay again. Ricardo is very happy and friendly, would absolutely recommend him as a host to anyone and will be staying with him again next time we visit. Could not fault a thing.

We absolutely loved our stay here over a long weekend! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with beautiful views to wake up to.
