House vacation rentals in London Borough of Lambeth

I visited Jenny and Sam’s place with my 2 teenage sons and we’ve all had the best week ever! We can’t thank Jenny and her family enough for sharing their lovely home with us. The house was beautiful, really felt like home and Jenny was a fantastic host, who kept in touch all the time. The pool and garden were a real treat and the location was perfect with easy access to so many great places. We all agreed that we’d love to stay there again and would 100% recommend this fabulous place and lovely hosts. Thank you again for the best summer holiday from us all, Amelia and family😊👍❤️

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 2 days with my family. There were so many positive things, we did not see any deficiency. Thank you very much for everything Dana

What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

We had a lovely week in this home. It’s beautifully styled and spacious, but also has a homely lived in feel that meant we could relax even when travelling with kids. It’s an easy 15 min walk through the park to Herne Hill station or multiple buses from the road end making central London easily accessible

Joanna's home is in a great location and she was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively large by London standards - this is one of the benefits of being a bit further out the city center. Proximity to Richmond Park is a huge plus, particularly if you have a runner or cyclist in your family. Do note the travel time into central London is approximately 45-60 minutes, unless you happen to exactly time walking/bus/train schedules. On the plus side, you're a very short hop to Kew and other areas west of downtown, and a short Uber or Bolt ride to Heathrow. A couple of other HUGE positives - of the four rentals I've had in London, this was by far the quietest and most relaxed location. Restaurants/markets/etc. are all close by and accessible by bus if you're carrying groceries.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Our family of five (all adults) stayed for a week at Manuela’s place, and had a wonderful visit. Manuela made every effort to accommodate us, was very responsive to messages, and gave helpful info on nearby sites and restaurants. Taking the train into London’s city center was easy— just a short 8 minute walk to one of two stations, then 20 minutes or less to the city. We enjoyed four nearby restaurants recommended by Manuela and would return to any of them again—all terrific! We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful, loved every minute of our stay and a Katie couldn’t have been more lovely or helpful. Can’t wait for our return trip! X

Linda’s place was fantastic! The location could not be better! Linda is super sweet and very helpful. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The beds were comfy. It was such a treat to be greeted with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, milk in the fridge etc. I highly recommend Linda’s place!!!

Great place, quiet neighborhood but walkable to the London Eye! Stayed one night and it was great!

we were a bit worried about getting into central London...but a really good bus service either goes straight to Oxford Circus, or to a local train station...which in turn goes straight into central London. The place is on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Lordship Lane with loads of shops, including excellent neighbourhood restaurants. To top it all there is free car parking outside!

This is such a cute place within walking distance to the main shops and restaurants on Kings Street in Chelsea. Amazing location and a charming place. The host was very responsive and we appreciated his flexibility. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay. Good access links to local area. Zen garden a perfect spot. Had everything we needed. The communication was brilliant and the hosts super helpful. Would high recommend and hope to return

Lovingly restored Victorian with impressive amenities - coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer AND dryer and fridge in particular - the house is very well appointed and comfortably furnished, especially on the main level. We were very happy with it. My only recommendations are to be more clear on bed sizes in the listing - instead of “king” say “UK king” or “UK king/US queen” (I think AB&B should do likewise on all listings to avoid misunderstandings) and to note the toilet/powder room on the first landing above the main level in the listing. Otherwise, unless they’re already in their bedrooms, guests must walk up four flights of stairs to use a restroom. With small children or older guests, this could pose problems, or at least become an unnecessary annoyance. Otherwise it is a first rate, high quality property! We would rent it again.

We recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb and had a great experience! The key pick-up instructions were clear, and I loved the house layout, and that it sits in a very quiet crescent. We did encounter an issue with the washer, which was broken by the previous guest immediately prior to us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use them during our stay, which was disappointing. The host even brought in a handyman on New Year’s Eve to try and resolve the issue, but they can’t get the part due to the holiday. On a positive note, the host cleared away personal belongings, providing ample space for us and access to essentials like oil, salt, and kitchen tools such as frying pans and air fryers. The hosts were also very responsive to questions. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Kennington tube station. Overall, despite the laundry setback, everything else made it a five-star stay, and we will definitely be back!

Easy commute to central London , Balham Station is only a few minutes walk . Lovely area generally with nice variety of restaurants and coffee shops 🙂

Excellent stay with great pleasure to return to this large and beautiful house after a good day of sightseeing in London. The accommodation is certainly a bit out of the city center, but easily accessible by public transit. Quiet neighborhood. Appreciable after a day in the hustle and bustle of London Nice home decor: you feel right at home. Thanks again to Anne and her whole family for having us.

Easily a five star stay at Levin’s place in Dalston. Levin was responsive and kind and the place was exactly as photographed. A short walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations with lots to explore in the neighbourhood. The unit was clean and well equipped with lots of natural sunlight. Had a lovely and comfortable stay and would recommend Levin’s place.
