Vacation rentals with a patio in London Borough of Barnet

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Great stay, cosy flat , good Internet, comfortable, ground floor ,was nice having the back garden we got lucky with the weather this trip. Nice neighbour up stairs. Of street parking was nice to have and would love to stay again

Great place to stay if you have an event at Wembley Stadium planned. The condo is a 15 minute walk from the underground station (Wembley Park) and about a 20 min walk to the Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena. Not much in terms of restaurants too close by, but we didn't mind catching a train into central London for that. There is a Lidl grocery store right in front of the condo, so that was super convenient for quick breakfast items we could make. Kitchen is fully stocked, there are two king size beds (not American size) and two bathrooms (which was important for us, as we had 3 people in our party), and basic bathroom necessities were provided like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. For those who need it, there is a washer for your clothes and an iron. I would stay again for sure.

3 nights spent in this friendly little accommodation. Very clean accommodation with all the necessities (especially kitchen area)! The beds are good. Small downside about the small bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Metro station (Jubilee line) nearby and it is easy to get to central London = 20/25 minutes for example to go to Westminster stop (Big Ben). It's really easy! Restaurants nearby (including a good Italian). Good value in my opinion. Allan is charming and has always been responsive to our questions. We could come back without hesitation!

Absolutely lovely house, lots of space and nice little garden. Host was brilliant. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

Had a great stay. Such a lovely apartment, looked exactly like the photos. Instructions on how to find it and get in where sent in advance and easy to follow. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Location is great, within walking distance to Wembley stadium and the tube station.

We stayed prior to a flight early the next morning. The property was ideal for us as a family. It was great that our son had his own room. Really well renovated and very clean. Marlon was a very friendly and helpful host. The property is well equipped, from the kitchen to bed linen and various amenities. It was also great access to the airport and made an early morning flight very easy.

Michelle is an absolutely lovely host. She was the quickest so far to respond in all my airbnb experience. We had some hot water issue and she arranged a person at 10 night. That was amazing. The place is also lovely and near to the metro (8-10 mins walk). The house is well equipped for 8-10 guests with a lot of things being taken care of. This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at this Airbnb! The magical location, excellent communication with the host, and the apartment's cozy feel exceeded my expectations. The generous stocking of the kitchen with olive oil, pasta, spices, and high-quality teas was a delightful surprise. Being able to cook instead of relying on expensive restaurants made our stay even better and saved us money. Overall, this Airbnb truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable getaway.

The house was clean and nice, I would recommend this accomodation if you want to travel to London city center. only 30+ mins from the city via public transport.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

I had a lovely stay at Zea's place. The flat is exactly as described and as in the photos on the listing. The flat is perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and laundry, along with space to relax or work. The private entry makes it easy to come and go without disturbing the hosts. The location on a residential street is quiet and private. It's a quick walk to the Tube station to get to central London. A supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, as is Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Zea is easy to reach and responds quickly. She left a welcome basket of fruit and a jar of her homemade marmalade, which was delicious! I felt at home, and will definitely look to see if Zea's flat is available the next time I visit London!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Great stay! Responsive host and amazing location. Very spacious as well. Only feedback is - utensils had very bad scratches all over them. When mentioned the host was nice enough to get us 2 new pans. Unwashed utensils as well. Would suggest to change the utensils in the kitchen.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The beds were clean and comfortable, and having Netflix available for guests was a nice touch. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a shower, which was great. However, there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the hot water was a bit difficult to adjust — likely due to a gas heating system. Also, the heat/smoke alarm was quite sensitive and went off easily, even with normal cooking, which could be a bit disruptive. Despite these small issues, the property was cozy, well-located, and had everything we needed. We’d be happy to stay again!
