Vacation rentals with a patio in Loíza

we stayed for 7 days, place was very clean and well equipped for our stay there. Just 1 glitch for us was trying to get in using the key pad. it took us several tries to get it to unlock. other than that, we are extremely pleased. thank you Brian for your kindness.

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

This place is a small slice of paradise. we are a family of 6 and had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. we also had two vehicles and we were provided with two parking spots. the beach and pool were great amenities our host left clear helpful instructions and was very responsive.

I would come back! Amazing listing and the amenities were similar to a hotel. Respectful and the backyard added the perfect vibe for photos and just to chill at night.

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

We had a great stay at Aquatika! The resort is beautiful with many different pools that are perfect for young children. The only downside for us was that the condo is meant to be kept at 74 (bedrooms) and 78 degrees (living room) which was too warm for our liking and not ideal for our infant daughter. That being said, we managed okay and appreciated all the kid-friendly supplies.

Melissa’s place was wonderful! Aside from her being a lovely host, the place felt just like home after a long day. We stayed for 6 nights and had everything we needed. Everything was extremely clean, not even one bug! And melissa was helpful with everything we needed, even bringing us extra beach towels. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Very nice stay during our visit to PR. The neighborhood of Carolina was very local and I enjoyed how it was far enough from the hustle and bustle of San Juan. The Airbnb stayed COLD which was nice after coming in from being out all day. The beds were big and comfy and we enjoyed the patio area! Also, I would suggest bringing detergent if you prefer to wash your clothes before leaving- it isn’t provided, but there is a washer/dryer outside. The neighborhood is quiet, we took a walk one morning and felt at home as people didn’t pay us any mind as we’re “tourists”. We spent a lot of time Ubering to and from Old San Juan, rides are affordable and prompt. Huge thanks again to Deysi for bringing me a birthday gift. It made the experience staying there even more enjoyable and memorable.

the place is clean , calm all was perfect except if you are tall +180 CM you must be very careful.

Thomas was an amazing host! Stayed for a week with my partner and two kids and he went above and beyond for us. The place was clean and nearby to a lot of popular spots. There’s a panderia nearby that you can just walk to and a supermarket down the street too. Def suggest checking them out, we stopped there a few times before our activities for the day. Thomas was very responsive to any thing that we needed and he was super cool and chill. You will feel right at home and that warmth Puerto Rican welcome when you book with him.

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

Great host, the Airbnb was small but nice for a weekend.

My wife, sister, and I were extremely impressed with the hous. The neighborhood was very quiet. We really loved the house. We didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be going back!

amazing stay. location is perfect for beach lovers. i walked to the beach every morning. i’m a dog lover so i love seeing all the doggies that live in the neighborhood :) sergio met me even tho i arrived late in the evening and was so kind and welcoming.

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Spent the most memorable 6 days here. The access to the private beach was the highlight for me. The hot tub is definitely a winner if you just wanna relax and stargaze after a long day. The hosts have been very prompt with their responsive service and helpful with local recommendations. Thank you Elba and Greg.

If I could give Erica’s place 10 stars I would!!! It was perfection. Super clean. Plenty of room with 6 people. And the location is AMAZING!! To be able to walk out the back door to the beautiful quiet uncrowded beach was breathtaking. And the pool!!! Sooo nice and clean. Plenty of seating with cover from rain and sun. We will be back!!!!!!! Thank you Erica!!

Great communication makes all the difference!

We got in very late after several flight delays. The directions brought us right to the gate and the. we were easily able to get in the condo. Fredy was great with communication and instructions. By day three of our trip my whole family got sick with COVID. We all felt miserable. It was *so* nice to have room to spread out and ice cold air conditioning when we felt terrible. we were so grateful to be steps away from a beach we largely had to ourselves. We could go out there whenever we had the energy and could easily come back if it got to be too much. We would have been stuck inside all week if we'd had to muster the energy to pack everything and everyone for each beach visit. it wasn't the vacation we hoped for, but Fredy's place saved it from being a complete wash out!

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.
