Vacation rentals with beach access in Loíza

It was a spectacular family day very good security to keep the areas of pleasant stay

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

We had a great stay at Aquatika! The resort is beautiful with many different pools that are perfect for young children. The only downside for us was that the condo is meant to be kept at 74 (bedrooms) and 78 degrees (living room) which was too warm for our liking and not ideal for our infant daughter. That being said, we managed okay and appreciated all the kid-friendly supplies.

Great place for our stay with a toddler. Loved the fact that we could walk to the beach and also had a pool and a little playground.

The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.

We had a wonderful stay, the place had everything we needed and more, location was great too, would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

We loved the house, faithful to the photos. Communication with the host was quick and effective. Being able to get to the house and check in quietly and without distractions was a plus. But the best of the best, The Pool. Wow... we didn't want to leave that area. There are already plans to return.

amazing stay. location is perfect for beach lovers. i walked to the beach every morning. i’m a dog lover so i love seeing all the doggies that live in the neighborhood :) sergio met me even tho i arrived late in the evening and was so kind and welcoming.

Definitely worth the price. Just as described—quiet and peaceful. Would definitely book here again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only thing I would suggest is including a few more essentials like extra trash bags, toilet paper, sheets and blankets, and some cleaning supplies which would have made the stay even better. Other than that, everything was great and I’d definitely consider staying again!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, AC worked wonderful. Loved the terrace! Small beach area to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean. Pool was great and clean as well. Very quiet area, definitely off the beaten path though. Not much to do in the area if you don’t have a car I would definitely recommend renting a car if you plan to adventure out to restaurants and explore Puerto Rico. We did walk to the pharmacy which had some groceries and other necessities you may need. ATM available at the pharmacy as well. We didn’t have any issues getting an uber or door dash delivery just had to meet them outside the gate. Overall great stay and wonderful hosts.

Great stay they really are superhosts! We were a family of 7 with 2 babies. Apt had everything we needed including things like children's swim vests, toys, and upon request highchairs + baby cribs. Beautiful pool view from flat and close walk to the private beach. Pablo was quick to help with concerns regarding water boiler and local recs for nearby groceries. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks for having us!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

It’s a great location! Right by a beautiful private beach and two pools. Luis is a responsive host. He provided clear instructions but the apartment door isn’t numbered. Luckily there are only two on the same floor. The pot and pans are old and scratched up but otherwise the apartment is well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler!

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.
