Apartment vacation rentals in Loíza

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

This was our third year staying at Aquatika, and our third time booking with Edwin. We’ve stayed in each of his properties, and every single time, he goes above and beyond. This unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and is very comfortable. We were 8 people—including seniors, kids, and our dog—and everyone had space to rest and enjoy. One of the pools is literally right in front of the apartment, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. What makes this place truly special is the attention to detail—everything is thoughtfully arranged. Edwin is an amazing host: kind, responsive, and always available if you need anything. One of the most special parts of our stay was watching three breathtaking sunsets on the private beach. Those evenings gave us meaningful moments as a family—memories we’ll always treasure. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. 🌅

It was a nice little studio, perfect for simply having a place to rest your head and freshen up. The studio only had one small window making it feel a tad bit suffocating, but besides that it felt homey. Loved that they had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella as well as plenty of towels and linens. Would stay here again!

This place was perfect for my husband and three of our children. Plenty of room. The view was my favorite part! Overlooking the beautiful water. Just steps from the beach. The pools were great, but we spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. Closest restaurants where at least 20 minutes away so a car rental is a must. The property felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, clean and friendly host

Ivette’s rental is a gem and we would love to visit again. Ivette and her daughter, Tiffany, are gracious hostesses, they offered restaurant options, information about the area and other helpful suggestions. The unit was very clean and well appointed with helpful amenities for longer stays. The property is beautifully maintained and the beach boardwalk is right out their back gate. The area around the rental is walkable with delicious restaurants, bars, and food vendors. Thank you for a delightful stay.

We stay there for 5 nights and the apartment was clean, enough space for whole families, friends group. Like the space, environment and view. The apartment backyard has ocean view. Host has provided everything you need for ur stay. Like towels, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen utensils, AC and parking. Everything was ready for us which make our trip more convenient. The area is perfect, peaceful and ocean accessible make our trip more enjoyable.

Beautiful place i would love to come again and definitely recommend

This was one of the best AirBnb’s my family and I have stayed in! The unit was sport less and literally included everything and anything you could think of. Even having floaties and toys for the beach. Speaking of the beach, you had a practically private and beautiful beach located 2 minutes (walking) away! What more could you ask for?!? We would 1000% stay at Venvenido’s place again, loved every second of it!!

Shawn's condo in Loiza is gorgeous, and the location is perfect for the beach, pool, and getting around the island. My family loved the place, the facilities, and the location, and I was very impressed with Shawn's responsiveness and helpfulness. Plus, the other residents of the condo were friendly and helpful, which made for a great family atmosphere.

This was my second stay at this beautiful Airbnb, and it somehow exceeded my already high expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt just as warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared as the first time. The host continues to go above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home — clear communication, easy check-in, and little personal touches that truly set this place apart.

Perfect for family of 7! Book here and you will not be disappointed! This apt has anything you could need to spend at least a week relaxing at this private community - floaties, beach bags, beach towels, bbq, golf clubs, tennis rackets, list goes on and on. We were amazed at how meticulous and thoughtful the apt was, it was also very organized and clean. The facilities are very well maintained and safe. I am glad we rented this apt overlooking the park because we were never bothered with loud music or partying late at night. The apts overlooking the pools would definitely be much louder, the few times I went for a walk at night there were people blaring their speakers and partying by the pools. But again, none of that was heard in this apt because you overlook a kids park.

Our experience was excellent! The place has everything you need for a comfortable and fun family stay. The beds are super comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. We really enjoyed having a domino table to share in the evenings, and in general the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Communication with the hosts was 10/10. Always attentive, friendly and attentive to any detail before and during our stay. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return soon. Thank you for everything!

Jessica’s place was an extremely beautiful home with nice views. All the listed amenities were there which were really helpful. Jessica was very responsive when we needed help with something as well! Our stay at The Beach Apartment in Aquatika was phenomenal. We loved the area plenty of pools all around , lazy river was right on front so it was perfect for the smaller kids and the best part having access to the beautiful beach. The condo was spacious which fit two families with no issues plenty of room. Beautiful decor through out the place and provides everything you need for your vacation. Our host's were excellent!!! From the day I booked this trip until we left the building, the communication was the best I didn't have to worry about anything . If I needed food to be delivered they were quick on providing suggestions. They were very attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Norka was an amazing host and the property was beautiful! Three of my girl friends and I stayed at Aquátika for 5 nights. The beds were sooo comfortable!! The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was very clean. The beach was very beautiful and private. The pools were the perfect temperature. I will definitely stay here again in the future. My stay at Emmanuel's Airbnb was fantastic! I was looking for a cultural experience in Puerto Rico, and I definitely got that. The location was perfect—close to the beach and all the amenities in the spacious condo. There was plenty of room for my family and our dog, which was a big plus. Emmanuel was incredibly thoughtful, checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I truly loved my time there and can't wait to come back. Our family (4 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at Angel's Aquatika penthouse. The space was plenty large for our two families with great proximity to the beach and complex pools. the bedrooms were bigger than they appeared in the pictures and the a/c worked really well. perfect spot for kids and multifamily trips. Great proximity to a snorkel trip we took in the Salty Dog (highly recommended). One small heads up, Loiza is a bit of a drive to grocery stores/restaurants. It was nice to be out of the bustle of San Juan but just something for folks to plan for.
