We had such a wonderful time at Michela's place Japandi Suites. The apartment is exquisitely furnished with everything you could want for a few nights stay. It looked better than the pictures in real life and the beautiful aroma when you enter is such a lovely experience. Michela also has more amenities than explained on her listing; plenty of comfy furnishings, lots of kitchen gadgets, even workout equipment!! We particularly loved the garden - so great for a morning coffee, a top spot for sunbathing and just amazing at night time with all the lights and candles lit. Michela herself was outstanding. Amazing communication with so many helpful recommendations, always responsive and friendly, she really made our holiday. Thanks for everything Michela, you are excellent at what you do and the luxurious experience you create x

We thought that this was an exceptional place to stay! A beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city in Olbia. Beautifully equipped with everything you need and very quiet with the double glazed windows. Communication with Kristina and the others was exceptional. Helpful with anything we needed and even a couple of minor emergencies! We highly recommend this place to anyone for a wonderful stay in Olbia. Many thanks!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and he waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the time we got there until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! We'll be back for sure!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

If you like it a little away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. Great place to stay, fully cozy, the pool was clean. Like everything else. To get there, you drive from the main road a small mountain road about 6 km up. Nevertheless, you can reach Porto Vecchio or Bonifazio very well. You definitely need a car. We loved it. Small note, fly screens would be good.

Great place, the place was very cozy, nice neighbourhood and the was wonderful.

In short, this place is a gem. The location is so great that when we went to Porto Istana for a day trip, we literally turned around and went back to our home beach without unloading. Everything we wanted was already there. The little towns nearby are wonderful and have all you need. The privacy plus beach access of this stay are lovely. You can see water from nearly all the windows in the place. All the air conditioners worked great. I loved the main bed — soft enough to be easy on the joints and firm enough to still have structure. The single beds are probably not the best for adults, but perfectly fine for my 12 year old. Everything about this stay was easy. Just take note that the bar/restaurant a few hundred yards down the beach plays music until about 10pm. You don’t hear it at all in the home, but you do on the beach during the afternoon and evening. It’s not too loud. The things highlighted as issues in past reviews are fixed. Fabio was helpful, kind, and responsive.

We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

A great house, with a garden and porch with incredible views of the island of Tavolara. Roberto and Luciano were very kind, and always available for anything. The area is very peaceful and quiet, ideal for spending a few days relaxing. A 2-minute drive away, you can hire excursions to the island of Tavolara and its surroundings, with turquoise waters and spectacular seabeds. A great accommodation find. Our thanks to Roberto and Luciano.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Antonella’s place is really lovely, very quiet and secluded space. The pool is great and the surroundings are beautiful. You need to have a car to reach the beaches and restaurants. Antonella is helpful and responsive! She gave great recommendations for beaches and helpful tips.

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

Had a great time! The distance to the beautiful beach was only six minutes on foot. The beds are super comfortable. The view from the balcony is a dream. Pictures can't do it justice. Nice place to relax! We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Salvatore’s place he was very responsive and helpful. Lots of nice beaches nearby.

Easy to park. A good walk to the center, but you can take the bus that has a stop nearby. Close to the market. The apartment is beautiful and has several useful amenities to use on the beach, which makes a total difference in the stay. Complete.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

We had a great time! The contact was very good, quick answers and friendly communication! The apartment is very nice, was super clean and nicely decorated, even if the climb there involves many steps (a little less than 130), it is worth it for the view every time. Finding a supermarket was not so easy at first glance, but thanks to the quick contact with the host, we quickly found what we were looking for. The mini-markets as well as a fruit shop in the center also had everything we needed. The area around the harbor is super nice, there are lots of small shops and a market that was set up every night during our stay. Another highlight was a boat trip to explore the small island beaches in the area. I would book a place to stay from Valerio & co again! :)

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!
