E’ stato uno dei soggiorni più piacevoli che ho vissuto, l’appartamento oltre ad essere pulito e’ stato ristrutturato di recente, è molto funzionale per la presenza dei due bagni arredati con gusto e impeccabili nella pulizia. Camere da letto ben arredate in ogni dettaglio, simpatica la luce cromoterapia presente sulla testiera del letto, in ognuna è presente lo stendino fuori dalla finestra. Anche la cucina ha tutto quello che serve, utensili e pentole nuove e ben tenuti, presenti anche contenitori ermetici. Alessandro è un host disponibile, simpatico e reattivo, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra aspettativa ed esigenza. Un contatto da non perdere, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement situé à Porto Pollo, en Sardaigne. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduites par le cadre : une vue imprenable sur la mer, un environnement calme et préservé, et un accès direct à une plage magnifique. L’appartement lui-même était parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort : literie de qualité, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation, et une petite terrasse où nous avons adoré prendre nos repas. L’accueil de notre hôtesse a été à la hauteur de l’endroit : chaleureux, attentionné, avec de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région, et les bons restaurants. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Rosario was so so lovely and really helpful, one of the most hospitable hosts we've come across! The place is very close walk to pizzerias and the best beaches near Olbia. We would highly recommend the Airbnb. Fully equipped and has everything you might need!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Luisa und ihrem Mann war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt einfach alles, was man braucht, aber wirklich alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit guten Tipp versorgt, sie waren immer gut erreichbar und haben alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Danke vielmals für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Excellent location and very comfortable condo. There were cold beers and waters in the refrigerator as well as snacks on the table waiting for us which was very much appreciated. Patrick was incredibly helpful and kind. Our only regret was not having time to stop by his pizza place, but next time we’re in Olbia we will definitely go. Highly recommend this space!

Hemos tenido una estadía genial en el alojamiento! La zona era muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y a tan solo menos de 10 minutos en auto del centro y los restaurantes. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy amplio y estaba impecable. Las vistas desde el balcón nos han encantado! Destacamos la limpieza y lo bien equipado que estaba, incluyendo una sombrilla de sol que fue ideal para nuestras visitas en la playa. María Grazia nos recibió muy amablemente y ha sido muy gentil con nosotros en todo momento. Destacamos que nos haya permitido realizar el check out dos horas más tarde de lo establecido. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento!

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredato benissimo e con ottimo gusto. La posizione è perfetta ed è subito collegato a tutti i luoghi di interesse e prima necessità. Eva si è dimostrata da subito presente in ogni momento curando tutti gli aspetti che servono per offrire un servizio che si è dimostrato eccellente. Consiglio a tutti questa soluzione in Olbia. This was an AMAZING stay! The town of Orosei is full of great restaurants and shops. This was a great spot for us because we rented a boat to explore the gulf of Orosei. It was a central location for multiple dinghy rentals. Free parking on site and on the street just outside of the driveway was refreshing. Domenico was super fast with responses and got us anything we needed. Thanks so much for the great hosting!

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Great stay at Matteo’s place! Super clean and comfortable, and Matteo was very helpful with local tips and recommendations. Made the trip even better. Highly recommend!

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

El alojamiento de Frank es inmejorable. Él fue súper atento al escribirnos para coordinar la llegada. Nos recibió su papá Mario (con el cual tuve excelente comunicación) y Reina, quienes nos dieron todas las indicaciones y fueron sumamente amables en todo momento. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos y más (hasta pantuflas!!!). Era un barrio tranquilo con un supermercado que tenía de todo, a tan sólo dos cuadras a pie. Nosotros llegábamos en coche a todos lados súper rápido. Además, tener estacionamiento privado fue un plus. Una estancia que repetiríamos sin dudarlo para volver a disfrutar de esa hermosa ciudad y sus magníficas playas.

Wir haben super Ferien mit der Familie (2 Kinder) und Freunden (in unterer Wohnung) verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und Anna sehr unkompliert und zuvorkommend! Weil keine Nachmieter kamen, durften wir sogar Zeit lassen mit dem Auschecken, was uns sehr geholfen hat!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Andrea zu Gast und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit.. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und erst. Vor kurzem renoviert worden. Einziges Manko war, dass früh der Garten komplett gewässert wurde. Leider auch die Terrasse, sodass wir nicht draußen frühstücken konnten. Man hätte allerdings auch eigeninitiativ die Sitzgelegenheiten abdecken oder in die Wohnung stellen können.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Wir waren ein Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Porto Pozzo. Im Dorf selber gibt es einige Restaurants, ein Mietwagen ist jedoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um die schönen Strände in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen 😊

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

Recomiendo el alojamiento ,sin dudas volveria!!! contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables !! muy bien ubicado, en zona tranquila,cerca hay supermercado,restaurant y negocios para comprar comida . La ubicacion genial, cerca de una playa de arena hermosa y equidistante para conocer las hermosas playas de cerdeña su anfrition super amable y dio todas las indicaciones para un facil ingreso y nos permitieron hacer check inn mas temprano 🧡 Gracias la pasamos genial

Gloria ist 100% zuverlässig, organisiert und hat an alles gedacht! Sie gibt Tipps Märkten und benachbarten Orten. Sie antwortet sofort oder in wenigen Minuten! Die Lage ist perfekt zum erholen und man kann sich nach Ausflügen in das schnuckelige Apartment zurückziehen und den herrlichen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit genießen! Der Supermarkt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und hat typisch sardische aber auch überregionale Produkte zu günstigen Preisen! Alle Menschen der Umgebung waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zwei Restaurants in der nächsten Nähe! Ich kann den Yachting Club Vela Blu empfehlen, der sehr schön ist und man die Pizza auch zum Apartment mitnehmen kann. Ich habe 6 Badebuchten und Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe besucht. Es gibt aber noch unzählige Badebuchten und Strände. Rotondo und Golfo Aranci sind 10 min. mit dem Auto! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Tutto Fantastico!
