Lodge in a property with a main building accommodating two other cottages (one 4-6 people, a 2 person) and a small house rented year-round at the entrance. Secluded property, by the sea, Natura 2000 protected area, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and supermarkets.

It's a simple place, where the essentials take precedence with those who really matter. It is located in a privileged environment, a short walk to nature and minutes to the ocean.

La Gage is a vast waterfront estate dating back to 1900. located 2 steps from the large sandy beach of Saint Brevin the Ocean and the city center. In its wooded garden, with secure swimming pool, accommodation of 2 adjoining outbuildings are offered for rent: one of 25m² and the other of 15m² each offering a bedroom and a bathroom . A large, well-equipped covered outdoor kitchen is at your disposal on the terraced terrace between the 2 cottages.

Located on the outskirts of Brittany, 30 minutes from the sea (St Nazaire/La Baule), 20 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, 1 hour from Broceliande Forest. Numerous opportunities for walks on site. Cottage located on a large wooded lot not far from the terrace of our house. View of the ruins of our old mill. At the back is a large 4 ha plot where some biker friends enjoy coming to lay their canvases in the summer. You can enjoy all the space available.

The accommodation is composed of three bedrooms (two with double beds), a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a kitchen open to the living room. By unfolding the sofa bed, the chalet sleeps 8. In order to respect the quietness of this nature reserve, parties and evenings are not allowed.
