It is 10 km to the Baltic Sea in the direction of Prora Binz, and 8 km in the direction of Glowe Schaabe. The apartment has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Ideal for two people max. 3 people. (Extra bed possible in the living room €15 per night). Everything else by email or phone.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
