Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). Das gesamte Haus ist gehoben ausgestattet und verfügt über zwei Sat-TV. Das OG bietet Meerblick.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. For barbecue evenings there is a weaver grill. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offer plenty of space to store. The bathroom has a bathtub and floor-level shower.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The self-contained apartment offered here has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and small living / dining room with a fantastic view of the water. The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the old town, which belongs to the world heritage site of Unesco, within walking distance in a few minutes. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all sorts of constellations - especially in spring and summer, where the garden and numerous seating options open up further possibilities. Dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.
