Vacation rentals with lake access in Nordland

An adorable spot close to the airport with a view that makes it absolute perfection. A sweet and homey atmosphere this was exact the space we needed to crash for our first night in Norway...we were so thankful they had toiletries as the luggage that carried ours was delayed! The view from the living room is one of a lifetime and it's just a short little walk to a beautiful view of the water and mountains. Worth every penny

Nice cozy, peaceful, and private home to spend time in Lofoten. The home has all the amenities you could want and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clear that the hosts took extra steps to make the stay was comfortable for their guests. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque. If we get to visit Lofoten again, we’d be sure to stay here!

This was a win for us. So comfy, close to town, everything you could poss need including many hooks and places to put our things. And Kurt was above and beyond accommodating us when we misplaced the house key. Highly recommend this airbnb.

We felt very comfortable in this cozy and modernly furnished house. Since we were in the In winter, we really appreciated the carport directly connected to the house, in order to get into the house dry at any time. It is centrally located on Lofoten, a supermarket is in the village, in nearby Leknes there are many more shops. The hosts were always available and gave us tips for seeing the Northern Lights. This place can be booked without any worries. We sincerely hope that we'll come back one day!

This house is a great place to recharge your batteries while enjoying the boat and the fjord. It's also a very welcoming place in an old typical Norwegian house. We loved warming up by the wood stove and enjoying a good coffee near the fire after a fishing trip or hike! In short, we'll be back!!!

We had a wonderful time at Therese's and Ron's place. the communication was very good. we stayed 5 nights at the accommodation and we enjoyed it very much. especially the whirl pool. :-) the house is in a very quiet area where you can relax very well. :-) we can highly recommend the place. :-)

Wonderful house just next to the sea with plenty of space and a large living room. Great host. We truly enjoyed our time there and felt immediately at home. If we’d ever get back to Fjørdgard, we definitely would stay there again.

Niklas is super sweet and welcoming and our stay was just perfect. The apartment is cozy and has a nice Scandinavian design.

We stayed a week, and the location couldn’t be more picturesque. It is in an enclave of three buildings at the end of its own steep fjord, over 1 km inset from the one road connecting it to the rest of civilization. You really get a sense of the solitude that might be typical of so many homes in rural Lofoten or in Knut Hamsun literary works. Despite its isolation, the home – an ADU – had all modern conveniences working fairly well. Cell phone connection in certain weather conditions was sketchy on one or two occasions, but Internet was always strong. Kitchen appliances and climate control all worked well. Wood-burning stove heater had all the fuel you might want. Of course, visitors are very dependent on their car. The nearest shopping or tourist attractions, even gas/electric charge stations and convenience stores, are a 20-25 minute drive away. Finally, the hosts were completely accessible during our 1 week stay.

The apartment on the second floor at Unn-Eli is recommended; - Cozy, clean and with lovely heat in the floor. Convenient location near the E-6, combined with beautiful views of mountains and water. We will stay here several times!

Lovely stay in this cabin in Sifjord. It's next to a grocery store that can save you if you are missing something. The cabin was looking exactly like in the pictures. We were 5 people and had all a good experience during our stay. The only downside was that the barbecue mentioned on the page was missing

The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. Everything was very clean and cozy. It is an ideal stopover on a Lofoten tour.

Anne Lise is a wonderful, responsive and available host. You helped us with all the information we needed. Nusfjord is a paradise on earth. I couldn't recommend staying in Nusfjord and at Anne Lise's accommodation any more. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we felt at home. The fact that it has a private parking space at the door is amazing. The local population in Nusfjord is very friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful, the best in Lofoten. A delight! We were also lucky enough to be visited by a friendly couple of rabbits, who happily hopped through the forest behind the house. Everything is wonderful there! I totally recommend it. Super comfortable and cozy place. It’s an ideal location for surfing (and rentals), hiking and/or getting the world’s best cinnamon rolls across the street. Fun facts, Hermann runs a sheep farm, has a lovely dog named Fly and has written published poetry about sheep farming.

What a wonderful house in a perfect peaceful location great for exploring Andøya.

We arrived late at night after a 4 hour drive from Narvik. The next day Cato showed me how to fill and heat the hottub and even took it upon himself to get it up to temp while we were out grocery shopping. That night we enjoyed gazing at the aurora borealis dancing above our heads in the hottub. A couple days later it got rainy and extremely windy preventing us from heating the hottub. As compensation Cato offered us use of his sauna and to take a swim in the sea, which we gladly did. He also gave us a whole cod for free from his fisherman's friend Tom which we used to make typical Norwegian dishes. Cato was extremely helpful and kind, he replied within minutes whenever we needed help or had any questions and he was full of amazing recommendations, as to where to hike and which towns and restaurants to visit. Towards the end of our stay it snowed a lot turning the surroundings into winter wonderland. We were very lucky to see all sides of Norway including the Northern lights!

I spent 4 days at Tor Helge’s cabin and had a perfect stay. The place is calm, private, and the view is just amazing! The property goes down to the shore and my dog enjoyed walking up and down to the boat house and smelling the rabbits which I actually saw around. The house is really comfortable with all that you could need. Communication with Tor Helge was very friendly and pleasant and he made sure I had all I needed. He also left a list of places to visit, and I went to most of them, and they were just amazing local gems. I highly recommend staying here and I do hope to come back again in the future.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful . The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen, bathroom essentials) were top-notch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such a great experience!

The house is ideally located to visit the different parts of Senja. It has a panoramic view and a nice terrace. Unfortunately, the first few days during the day until the beginning of the evening there was a lot of noise due to work at the neighbors' house, but that was probably an exception.
