The apartment has a south-facing balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace on the mountain side that invites you to barbecue and chill.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

From May -October inclusive Saalachtaler Sommercard: Free access to the Loferer Alm with mountain railway, Vorderkaserklamm, Seisenbergklamm, Lamprechtshöhle, swimming pool and much more.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a single-family house and is accessible via an external staircase. It is quiet, in mint condition, stylishly furnished and has a large terrace. Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Alm Chalet in an exceptional secluded location

The alpine hut offers a fantastic accommodation in the Salzburg Pinzgau, nestled and surrounded by 🏔 mountains, meadows and forests, the hut🌲 stands alone at about 1000 m. The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursions with family or friends. The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the chocolate factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and Königsseeache are just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

In the middle of the mountains, far away from street noise, we offer a cozy room with a bathroom and toilet. From here you can start great hikes and mountain tours. Quiet, relaxing location. Our rose room with balcony and cozy seating also offers a mini fridge, coffee maker, coffee powder, tea bags, kettle, dishes for 2 people for breakfast. The room is equipped with the essentials to prepare a small snack or breakfast.

Additionally, the Loferer cable car is only a 5 minute walk away. Apartment in the Grubhof Palace Park

I rent a cozy furnished apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is located in the apartment complex in the beautiful Schlosspark Grubhof. In the house is a large indoor pool, a gym and a ping pong room, which our guests can use for free. Wi-Fi in the apartment. In summer (May-October) you will receive the Saalachtaler Sommercard free of charge.
