Tropea is the pearl of Calabria. A beautiful seaside spot with crystal clear waters. The apartment is above the most beautiful beach in Tropea with a beautiful view of the blue sea, 10 minutes from Capo Vaticano and a view of the Aeolian Islands at sunset. It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and groups.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Scilla, a few steps from the square with a panoramic view of the Strait of Messina. It is located in a characteristic alley with a separate entrance, away from the noise of the main street. The bathing area and Chianalea village are within walking distance in 10 minutes and by elevator (open only in summer) located 1 minute from the house. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a bunk bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Penelope, Palazzo Rispoli, Ionian Calabria vacation

The apartment is located inside Palazzo Rispoli, a 19th-century building that was once the residence of the Rispoli family. The building overlooks Corso Sirleto, the main street. Passing through a majestic portal, a vault, one used to access the ground floor rooms, the oil mill, and the warehouses, which today are used as a bar and form the entrance from the Corso. A granite staircase stands out in the small internal courtyard, leading to the apartment located on the second floor.

Enchanting view, overlooking the beautiful village of Chianalea and you can walk to Marina Grande beach in a few minutes. From the balcony of Casa Azzurra you will feel like you can touch the sea with your hands. In the morning you will be awakened by the cries of seagulls and in the evening you will fall asleep with the sound and scent of the sea. A unique setting.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

My apartment is close to the city center, and the beautiful beach is a 10-minute walk away. Nightlife and family activities within walking distance. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). Recently, there has been a tourist tax per person of €1.00 from November 1 to April 30, and €2.00 from May 1 to October 31, for a maximum of seven nights.
