It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. The bathing area and Chianalea village are within walking distance in 10 minutes and by elevator (open only in summer) located 1 minute from the house. The apartment is located inside Palazzo Rispoli, a 19th-century building that was once the residence of the Rispoli family. The building overlooks Corso Sirleto, the main street. Passing through a majestic portal, a vault, one used to access the ground floor rooms, the oil mill, and the warehouses, which today are used as a bar and form the entrance from the Corso. A granite staircase stands out in the small internal courtyard, leading to the apartment located on the second floor.
