Townhome vacation rentals in Locos Beach

We had a great stay at Dmitry's place. Used the swimmingpool Alot and the rooftop balcony. Apartment is very well located and we visited the shopping mall quite frequently. Walkable distance to the beach.

Leírásban megfelelő, zárt, biztonságos csöndes szállás. Kapcsolattartó gyorsan és pontosan válaszolt a kérdésekre. Szállás tiszta és rendezett. Bolt leírás szerinti helyen, gyalog kicsit távolabb (20 perc séta) Aldi. Tengerpart kényelmes séta távolságra. A szállás autóval ideális távolságra van mindentől. Mobil hálózat nagyon gyenge, de van wi-fi.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasserboiler und Pascual hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.Super! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und danken Pascual sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommens-Geschenk im Kühlschrank💐Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Thank you Joe and Amparo ! My stay was absolutely wonderful and both of them were very responsive whenever I got in contact, so helpful. The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Thank you both for making me so welcome. I’ll see you again of that I’m certain. Carol.

We have had a great holiday in a beautiful complex which is very well maintained.

This was the third time consecutive that we’ve booked Hilmar’s house, and as always we had a great time there. It is a beautiful house on the corner, with everything inside, and outside in the store unit you can find lots of things for the beach: umbrellas, toys, etc., modern kitchen, nice living space, comfortable beds and lots of towels in the bathroom. You have access to the pool, a major plus, and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the sea, going through Molina’s Park, which is quite lovely. Hilmar is a very attentive and friendly host, always had a great communication from the start, I truly recommend his place and him as a super host.

Estuvimos una semana y la pasamos genial, la casa tal cual la descripción , tiene todo lo necesario. La zona muy tranquila , y cerca de la playa y todos los servicios. Alguna pega el colchon es super incomodo y pondría aire acondicionado o un par de ventiladores mas , por lo demás estupenda!!! Repetiremos sin duda!!! Mil gracias!!!

Wow. That’s just sums this place us. Beyond beautiful! Benko is a fantastic host and was there to great us from our late flight in. Explained everything clearly and showed us everything we needed. Gave us great information before hand, looking forward to returning to his property’s.

apartamento muy cómodo, desde el primer día nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Hay que destacar que tiene de todo, un paquete entero de rollos de papel higiénico, jabón de cuerpo sanex entero, aceite, sal, azúcar, café... Un alojamiento muy completo.

Muy lindo el lugar vale mucho la pena esta cerca a la playa y además el lugar es muy limpio y el es muy atento y alegre

Le séjour a été fabuleux! La maison est comme la description. Très confortable, tout était très propre , il nous manquait de rien comle on est chez nous, tout était soigné dans les moindres détails. Pas loin de la plage et excellent emplacement pour visiter d'autres endroits . Lorena, l'hôte est disponible et sympathique. On ne peut pas dire qu'excellent séjour qu'on a passé. Merci Période de 23 juillet au 05 Août.

The stay at Viktória's was great. The place was spotless and well thought with everything needed. Great communication, a bottle of wine to welcome her guests (with a wee fridge magnet) and easy check in. The beach is really closed, easy to find a place to park and you can find something to eat very very easily around the area. I do recommend. Thank you again :)

Antonio y Paqui son unos anfitriones fantasticos, super amables y serviciales en todo momento. La casa es espectacular no le falta de nada, nos sentimos como en casa! Las camas perfectas, la casa espaciosa, los patios fantasticos.

Everything was perfect: great place, quiet, comfy, swimming pool just opposite the house, and the beach 10 min by car. Reachable host, who spoke Valencian language to us ☀️! My children found some toys in the house to play with! All appliances were working perfectly and we found everything clean and tidy. Just one suggestion, please include a step stool to be able to reach the top shelves in the kitchen, and for children to reach the washbasin. If we are able to, we will definitely try to return 😊.

Me alojé para visitar a mi madre en Torrevieja, con mis hijos y estuvimos muy cómodos, la casa tenía todo lo esencial, bonita y limpia, urbanización muy tranquila, la piscina y el parque están muy bien ,estuvimos muy cómodos, Claudia fue muy amable y flexible con el horario

David was a great host, his place is situated close to shops, restaurants and bus stop incase you don’t have a car. The views are amazing from the roof terrace. The property itself was more than comfortable for the 7 off us, was clean and had everything you needed to live there. I would 100% stay again.

We stayed at Martin's place with our two young daughters and it was perfect place for us. It's only about a 10 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach and the pools and gardens surrounding the apartment complex are beautiful. We were given pool / beach towels which was very much appreciated not having to bring our own. Nature reserve Clot is just across the street and offers many nice walks. The flat is really well set up and the kitchen is equipped with practical little things like tin foil, cocktails sticks, tissues etc The roof terrace is beautiful with a nice breeze so perfect for a drink in the evening. Margot the check-in agent was really helpful too! Overall a great stay - highly recommend :-)

la casa es tal y como sale en las fotos es una unifamiliar con tres plantas tiene el patio y la terraza arriba para las noches y está bastante completa cerca de la playa de Guardamar a 5 minutos en coche y una especie de parque para poder sacar a los perros todo muy bien. Gracias

Nos alojamos en esta zona por la cercanía a la base militar de San Javier porque fuimos debido al Festival Aéreo Aire25, sin embargo comprobamos que Los Alcázares y playa de los Narejos es sin duda una de las mejores zonas para alojarse. Bonitas y tranquilas playas, cerca de todo con un paseo peatonal marítimo que conecta toda la costa. Buenos chiringuitos de playa y muchas opciones de hostelería en el centro y otras poblaciones cercanas. A solo media hora puedes visitar Cartagena, cabo de Palos, La Manga... La casa es muy acogedora y no le falta de nada. Muy cómodo disponer de lavadora después de un día de playa o lavavajillas para no tener que fregar, y agradecemos que dejaran jabón, detergente, jabón, champú, etc. de cortesía para no tener que comprar de todo para 4 días. Tiene todo tipo de pequeños electrodomésticos. El calor no es un problema con los ventiladores, el aire acondicionado o la ducha del patio. Los anfitriones (Mª José y Juan) muy atentos, de 10.

Enjoyed a great stay here. Lots of space indoors and outside. We'll equipped for a relaxing break. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the great Carabassi beach a walk away.

Where to start! The home is exactly as appears in the pictures but even then, they don’t do it justice. Wonderful home, great amenities, perfect location and most importantly, feels like a home away from home! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Theres an Aldi nearby as well as the Gran Alacant Mall thats a 5 minute drive and has everything you need. We has an amazing time and already cant wait to be back 😊
