A studio on one of the best beaches in Torrevieja, Los Locos. In the complex on the first line with a swimming pool (open from June to October). Underground parking in the garage is available all year round. Transfer from Alicante Airport is available (extra charge). Wi-Fi, air conditioning, large and comfortable bed, 55" TV. The bathroom has heated floors. Big balcony. For late check-in, there is a 24-hour shop nearby. Nearby there is a huge selection of restaurants, scooter rentals. The center is a 10-minute walk.

The apartment has been extensively renovated and now shines in new splendor. A new kitchen as well as new appliances, new furniture and a new bathroom were made. The house has a pool that can be used. The balcony of the apartment faces the courtyard/pool side.
