The area is 10min walk (600m) from Torrevieja's longest sandy beach - Playa La Mata and 4km from town centre. There are two fully furnished bedrooms, open-plan living room and american-style kitchen, bathroom and lovely balcony. There is free car park, communal pool and bars and restaurants close by.
