Two large windows that open transom makes the room very bright, with the possibility to look out to enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape. The accommodation is well insulated and is not bothered by outside noise, great for relaxing in peace. Parking Private parking near the entrance. The accommodation is situated in the center of Dervio, the train station is 100 meters, exit SS36 Milano-Lecco-500m Valtellina, a supermarket, a bank and pharmacy 50mt, 300mt to the beach. Opportunity to hike in the mountains without the use of means of transport, school of surfing, sailing, kite surfing, boat trips. The city of Lecco is located 30km, 80km Milan, Como, 50km, 40km to the border with Switzerland, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna can be reached easily by ferry or hydrofoil. In winter, the ski resorts of the Valtellina (Madesimo, Bormio, Chiesa Valmalenco) are less than an hour's drive.

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir durften sogar etwas früher einchecken. Es lief alles problemlos ab. Das Zimmer, sowie der schöne Außenbereich mit Pool waren sauber und entsprachen genau den Bildern. Die Lage war angenehm ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen:)

We enjoyed our stay a lot! We have been in contact with co-host Laura who spoke great German aswell. She was very friendly and always replied on the spot! She gave us some really nice recommendations. The apartment is located in a local mountain village. Getting there takes it´s time. I would definitely recommend a car. The village is very quite and the locals are very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back any time again. The recommendations Laura gave us were really helpful and the check-in was easy as well due to the good communication. The greatest aspect of this AirBnb however, was the amazing view from the balcony and the distance to the lake! I would highly recommend staying in Vestreno for your trip to Lake Como. My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.
