The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed & bunk beds. There is a front undercover verandah as well as a back deck. Enjoy an open fire, BBQ & all the comforts of home. You will likely see local wildlife including kangaroos and native birds.

Location and comfort are paramount for a Beach house stay and our little gem has it all. Our home offers 3 bdms -2 queen size beds & 3rd with 2 sets of bunks. 2 living rooms provides plenty of space. In Winter, relax in front of the beautiful open fire, whilst enjoying several reds with background ocean sounds. Outdoor-2 decks, 1 with bbq -will ensure a great holiday. The house is pet friendly-fully gated. Our beach house is a 1 min walk to the creek, patrolled beaches and brand new SLS club.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay. Paynesville is stunning and the house is cozy and comfortable. The child safe a dog friendly backyard were perfect for us, this ensured a stress free stay on the water. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our recent stay at Hal's place. Communication: Promt and was always available Cleanliness: It was far better than the photos on the website. Very satisfied. Accuracy: Amenities: overall: Property is definitely exceeds our expectations than than what have advertised/on website. It was right near the lake and peer. Such a beautiful hidden town, so peaceful quiet and calm. Short walk to the town. We loved our stay. More than everything what maked it better was friendly hosts. Hal was very friendly and just because of that we would definitely go back again. Highly recommend this place especially for a small family with kids. You named it they had everything. Excellent , Highly recommended. Property was neat and clean full of natural light. Love the backyard space and Fire-pit. You can enjoy a lot with your friends and family. Sure we will visit again.

What an amazing place it was. One of very few where we would like to spend time again and again. You have access to sea, comfy home inside, private with 4 bedrooms. We spent 5 days in perfection, tranquility!

This is our second time staying at Danial’s place. As usual a five star experience and left us wanting to go back soon. A very tidy place with everything you’re looking for when on a family holiday. The two ensuites are really convenient, and the place is really well stocked with games, DVDs, free wifi and entertainment options for the whole family. The wrap-around deck is ideal for family barbecues and lounging around on a sunny day.
