I am introducing a 1 night break between bookings. There will be a deep clean during changeovers. This is to ensure my guests will be safe place during their stay. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. Pets are welcome and stay free. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast including walking, mountaineering, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing and fishing .
“We had a short but wonderful stay at the lodge. It is located at the edge of the forest, so it's just a few steps to be in beautiful nature that we wish we had more time to explore. The loch is a stinking view. There's a very close by bus stop, that connects to the town for getting supplies or further connections (though you need to keep a eye on the sparse schedule). The lodge had everything we needed, was clean, silent and very cozy. Robbie, the host, was always quick to respond to requests, and even helped us with tips of what to see nearby. We hope to visit the Argyll Retreat Lodge again, and will add a few more days, as there's much more to see.”
Cosy cabin a short walk to Jubilee Point, Loch Eck. Local pub and restaurant on your doorstep at Whistlefield Inn. Great location for forest walks and loch side trails.
“Cabin is stocked with games and DVDs for the whole family as well as leaflets for the surrounding area which came in really handy. Kitchen is really well stocked with all types of pans and utensils. The whole place was spotless and easy to find off the main rd. Great stay and would thoroughly recommend visiting this beautiful corner of Scotland.”

“Thank you Roisin & Sandy for such an amazing stay in your beautiful house. The complimentary Prosecco and lemonade was a wonderful touch. Of course the jacuzzi was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Scotland. We were a group of 6 who had more than enough room to enjoy, relax and make use of this space. Wonderful scenery and surrounding walks!”
