You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. The tram stop lines 9 and 11 as well as the S-Bahn Connewitz with direct connection to the city center, the train station and the airport can be found within a five-minute walk of the property.

There is space for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the romantic garden invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill out. For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

My place is close to Leipzig and Dresden, from Schlosshof Döben you have a great view of the Muldental. The cottage is located on the nature reserve "Döbener Wald", which invites you to take long walks. You'll love my place because of the beautiful cuisine, the old ambience, and the coziness. 5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
