Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

We stayed at Sharon's home while in town for my nephew's high school state golf tournament, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, the house was beautiful and spacious, and Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the hot tub and pool—such a great way to unwind after long days. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were large and spotless, and the kitchen had plenty of room for our whole family to gather and cook. If we're lucky enough to return for the tournament next year, staying at Sharon’s place will be our first choice!

This was an adorable, clean home close to the lake, grocery store, and popular restaurants. Drew and Grace were quick to respond and accommodating. Everything was perfect upon check-in and check-out was a breeze. This place will be on our list for a return trip!

The perfect little get away with my friends and family to celebrate my 40th bday! My family of four loved our three night stay! We played ping pong, grilled, had a fire and spent the day at Inks Lake. We picked up pizza from Bella Serra and spent day 2 at the local river spot. Everything was great and we will be back!

The house was a great size and beautiful. Almost every bedroom having its own bathroom is rare to find and a huge plus when traveling with 2 families. The pool and having a space to dock the boat so you don’t have to pull it in and out of the water was such a great bonus. The kids had plenty to do at the house when we weren’t boating such as playing pool, games, toys for the little ones, swimming, bags. It wasn’t just a house to sleep in, it was a house to hangout in and enjoy.

This house was great for our weekend girls trip! There were 7 of us and plenty of room for us to eat & sleep. I love that there were 3.5 bathrooms! Furniture was super comfy! I was obsessed with the soft coral blankets! Patio was amazing! We enjoyed playing our girls night games out there. The pool was warm and great to refresh in! We loved being able to walk down to the dock and just jump right into the lake! Plus we had a boat pick us up right at the dock. Kitchen was great and plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils! I would definitely recommend this place to someone!

Loved our stay!!! Great place for families with small kids. Both of mine (ages 6 and 8) had plenty of things to keep them entertained when we weren’t swimming in the river or exploring the surrounding areas. There were plenty of items provided for swimming and enjoying the outdoors. We loved trying out the paddle board and hanging out/playing on the sandbar in the river. The home was cute and cozy and peaceful. Would love to go back!

We were so thrilled with our stay here! The location couldn't be any better, right next to the river with your own little private beach, a short walk to town and all the amazing shops and restaurants, and the interior of this place is so thoughtful and beautiful. They have everything you need and it was just the perfect spot to get away to for a few days. We can't wait to come back!

Great stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake, which made for some beautiful mornings and evenings. The outdoor space is awesome and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Would recommend!

Loved this place! The Riverhouse was in a quiet neighborhood close to Cooper's BBQ with the Llano River lake in the back yard. When we checked in it was a cool and welcoming retreat from the summer heat. The 3 bedrooms were comfy, and the bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well appointed! My 2 daughters and I loved our stay here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy Llano.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nice and updated. My kids loved the paddle boat and we enjoyed the serene atmosphere. It was also convenient to drop our boat at the nearby McNair Park and tie up in the canal behind Michelle’s house. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and have already booked with her again!

Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The home was just as advertised, and everything was great. The host was very quick to respond to any questions, making the experience smooth.

We stayed ay Trestle View Retreat with our kids & their spouses plus our six grandkids. It is easy to see why it has all 5-star reviews and lots of them plus is ranked in the top 1% of all Airnbs by reviews. We have never stayed at a rental so well equiped, organized, and immaculately clean. Kitchen was equiped with everything you could imagine and so well organized! The cove was absolutely perfect for everyone to enjoy the kayaks, paddleboards, and lilly pad that were provided. The hosts definetly went the extra mile and more to ensure a fantastic experience and regularly communicated to ensure everything was ok. We would recommend renting a pontoon boat from Wave Chasers in Kingsland to round out a perfect experience. You conveniently pick up the boat from directly across the small small cove. They too were 5-star in contrast to the other boat rental company in town that had poor reviews.

My family and I had a great stay, enjoyed the space and would recommend for anyone with kids.

When we were searching for a rental home for my husband’s birthday we had quite a few boxes to check. Scott’s home met and exceeded every one of those. The views were great, we didn’t want to leave! It was really close to Spider Mountain where we shredded the trails. The home was super cozy, very tidy, and felt warm. We had everything we needed and the handy binder inside was helpful!

My family and I came here for a peaceful and relaxing weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. The lake was cool and refreshing, and our dog had a blast swimming in it! The only suggestion we have is to consider updating the chairs on the back patio. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

From questions prior to booking, to wishing us a safe trip home, this was definitely one of our best trips! Host Team was amazing and extremely attentive, no complaints. We absolutely plan to come back to this little slice of paradise!

I wasn't there much, just showering and sleeping. It's a nice place.

Late on a Friday afternoon before a long planned family vacation, a home we had rented through another service suddenly became unavailable due to a maintenance issue. That service was unable to accommodate us otherwise. Being in a bit of a panic, we were very fortunate to find this house on Airbnb and contacted the owner (Tim). Tim is a super nice guy and great to work. He was very responsive and provided a personalized experience that you don't often get. As it turned out, we ended up in a nicer home in a better location at a more competitive price. The home is modern and well kept, "very" clean and had much to offer the six teenagers with us. The home is located on the main body of the lake with wide open water and a great view. The home is also within minutes of gasoline/food by water if you have a boat or jet skis. I can truly say we had a great time making memories and highly recommend this location!

The house itself is stunning—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better. Waking up to the peaceful lake views each morning was magical, and the easy access to the water made it perfect for kayaking, swimming, or just enjoying coffee on the dock. It truly felt like a hidden gem. Katy was very responsive, welcoming, and clearly cared about creating a great experience. We felt right at home from the start. We’re already planning our next visit—this place is a slice of heaven. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape. Can’t wait to come back!

We spend a wonderful week at the Cottage. The front porch is amazing with a view of the lake. The amount of deer in the area…. Oh My!! SoSoSo Many!! We absolutely enjoyed feeding and watching them. Will definitely check availability next time we are in the area.
