Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Llano County

My family and I came here for a peaceful and relaxing weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. The lake was cool and refreshing, and our dog had a blast swimming in it! The only suggestion we have is to consider updating the chairs on the back patio. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

Loved our stay!!! Great place for families with small kids. Both of mine (ages 6 and 8) had plenty of things to keep them entertained when we weren’t swimming in the river or exploring the surrounding areas. There were plenty of items provided for swimming and enjoying the outdoors. We loved trying out the paddle board and hanging out/playing on the sandbar in the river. The home was cute and cozy and peaceful. Would love to go back!

Great stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake, which made for some beautiful mornings and evenings. The outdoor space is awesome and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Would recommend!

The house was within walking distance to other family members. Close to park with boat Ramps too.

Late on a Friday afternoon before a long planned family vacation, a home we had rented through another service suddenly became unavailable due to a maintenance issue. That service was unable to accommodate us otherwise. Being in a bit of a panic, we were very fortunate to find this house on Airbnb and contacted the owner (Tim). Tim is a super nice guy and great to work. He was very responsive and provided a personalized experience that you don't often get. As it turned out, we ended up in a nicer home in a better location at a more competitive price. The home is modern and well kept, "very" clean and had much to offer the six teenagers with us. The home is located on the main body of the lake with wide open water and a great view. The home is also within minutes of gasoline/food by water if you have a boat or jet skis. I can truly say we had a great time making memories and highly recommend this location!

Wonderful place to stay - nestled at end of a cove - with a beautiful relaxing setting. Our large family really enjoyed this place - many lasting memories.

Peaceful respite - such a delight to relax on the deck or inside with a view of the water. Nearby Inks Lake SP and Longhorn Caverns SP make nice outings, too. The grill was clean and ready making it easy to enjoy the outside while cooking dinner. TIP: get your groceries before you arrive because you won’t want to leave!

A true Texas Hill Country gem! The Lazo House was the perfect escape for our group — peaceful, scenic, and thoughtfully designed. The cabins were cozy and spotless, and the common house made gathering so easy and fun. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the patio, listening to the river and birds, and ending our days under the stars. The river was easily accessible, there were a few seating areas in the shade that were nice for watching the younger crowd hang out in the water.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location for mutiple reasons. Everything about the rental works perfectly for us. You can read my first review talking in full detail about the location and river access but somthing I did want to include in this review is the proximity to local golf courses. We recently took up golfing and having multiple courses to select from within a 10 minute radius was extremely convienent and added an extra reason for us to go again. The house is beautiful, the river is beautiful, plenty of local restaraunts and shops, and now great access to local golf courses! The perfect place for a river/golf get away.

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb. Great hospitality! The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, ensuring I had restful nights, and the amenities provided made my stay effortless and enjoyable! The kids loved the basket of snacks! Thank you! The host was welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to resort attractions, restaurants, and resort transportation, making it easy to explore the area! Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I can't wait to return!

Sue’s place was great! It’s exactly as it is in the listing. Sue gave us clear instructions, detailed information, and great recommendations well before we arrived. We felt like we had everything we needed. The location is close to attractions but far enough that it was quiet and comfortable. The proximity to the pool was perfect for us. It’s right by the home but also in a spot where we couldn’t hear anyone while they were in the pool and there wasn’t a bunch of foot traffic. On our first day, there was a minor issue with the pool. I reached out to Sue, she responded almost instantly, and the issue was taken care of quickly. The home was clean, had comfortable rooms and beds, and there was a lot of seating in the living room that made it a perfect spot to hang out and visit. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was an adorable, clean home close to the lake, grocery store, and popular restaurants. Drew and Grace were quick to respond and accommodating. Everything was perfect upon check-in and check-out was a breeze. This place will be on our list for a return trip!

We had a wonderful time at Erin’s place! It was exactly as described, spacious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Erin is a great host - we were particularly impressed with how well maintained and comfortable the house is. It’s also very close to the lake and the marina. It was an unforgettable father’s day weekend 😊!

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

The house itself is stunning—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better. Waking up to the peaceful lake views each morning was magical, and the easy access to the water made it perfect for kayaking, swimming, or just enjoying coffee on the dock. It truly felt like a hidden gem. Katy was very responsive, welcoming, and clearly cared about creating a great experience. We felt right at home from the start. We’re already planning our next visit—this place is a slice of heaven. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape. Can’t wait to come back!

Yellow Door is a dream! Gorgeous inside and out. Great coffee and morning views. You can easily walk down to the river from the property or drive 2 minutes down the road to the slab. We did both. It was a blast! We didn't want to leave. Audrey was an incredible, responsive host. We can't wait to stay again.

We loved the home , the location and the amenities. Very peaceful and fun for all. Angles did a great job and is a fantastic host.

Nice little get away, pretty sunsets, watched deer feed in the mornings, walked the river, if it wasn’t for the mansion across the river that leaves all the lights on it would be a great place to star gaze

We had a great stay! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including air mattresses, and toys and games for kids. The river location was so beautiful and the shallow water (about 2-4 ft) was preferable for us because we have smaller kids and they liked knowing they could touch the bottom in some places. We also used the paddle board and kayaks (awesome to have them!) to row over to the small island across the river and play on the beach there. The only downside is that we couldn't bring our rented jet ski to the house due to the shallow water but that wasn't much of an issue, as we hung out and swam at the Kingsland community park while the kids waited turns to ride with dad. The rental place for the boats and jet skis is close by (10 min), as is HEB. Overall, a great vacation and the kids are asking when we can return!
