The two houses provide perfect accommodations for when you want to be close, but with privacy. The park-like setting provides direct access to Buchanan Lake. The firepit is a family favorite spot for making s'mores. We provide propane BBQ plus smoke house smoker, yard games, & plenty of board games.

Pelicans share your fishing territory with herons, turtles, geese and hawks. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake SP and Enchanted Rock. Several wineries are nearby with tastings and tours. Many restaurants on the water. Canoe, SUP, floats, & fishing gear provided, you bring the bait!

(I am in process of updating my photos, )The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

The cabin comfortably sleeps 4, offers a full size kitchen and bath with walk-in shower. Enjoy the peace of being surrounded by nature among wild turkeys and grazing deer. Feel free to hike around the acreage or use the buggy to cruise about. Head into town for dinner or grill out on the patio. Exceptional stargazing!
