The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Modern cottage with panoramic views of Karlskrona archipelago located about 10 meters from the sea. Bed linens and towels are included, beds are made and ready when you arrive. Access to a child-friendly beach shared with the host family. The accommodation is suitable for families of up to 4 people. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

If you like nature, silence and magical starry skies, you will love our glamping, which is located overlooking the sea. The glamping tent has a double bed and two single beds. And an English wood-burning stove from Salamander Stove. Dogs are welcome. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, coffee maker, cooler with USB socket for mobile charging. Linen and towel included. Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge in the company of an adult.
