Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Fridfullt och centralt beläget boende. Helt nyrenoverad lägenhet i flerfamiljshus. Lägenheten ligger centralt, i ett lugnt kvarter endast 500 meter till kalmarsundsparkens härliga badplatser/ motionsspår. Boendet Sovrum med dubbelsäng 180 cm ( 2 st enkelsängar 90 cm) I vardagsrummet finns soffa, fåtöljer, TV o matbord med stolar. Köket är utrustat med kyl- frys, micro, spis, ugn samt övriga hushållsredskap. Badrum med dusch. Härlig Balkong med utemöbler mot lugn trädgård.

Completely renovated cottage in 2024. Come and enjoy your holiday with your partner/family in a cosy place. The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Ironmanveckan bokas i sin helhet minst 6 dagar 13-19 (eller 14-20) augusti.

Uteplats. Gratis parkering. Cykelväg vid tomtgränsen som leder hela vägen in till Kalmar centrum. Finns täcken och kuddar.
