‘The Shippen’ is our barn conversion, which was once part of a small working dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. A ‘home from home’ for our guests, and many return to stay again. Ideally placed to explore Merseyside, Liverpool, Anthony Gormley’s ‘Another Place’ at Crosby Beach, the Sefton coastal towns to Southport, Aintree racecourse, Knowsley Safari Park and Aughton, the Michelin Star capital of the North!

The Boathouse is nestled between two pubs in a conservation area a 1 minute stroll from the promenade, beach and seafront of seaside resort New Brighton. Sitting on the world famous River Mersey with stunning views of the iconic Liverpool waterfront.
