Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

What a great place in a nice neighborhood. Everything is thought of in this home. Nice pool, amenities in the kitchen, lots of spaces for hanging out and lots and places to eat close by. Jerry was very accommodating and responsive with in minuets when I reached out to him.

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

Outstanding! We chose Jana & Peter’s accommodations to host a reunion of friends and family . The house layout flowed well. Fully stocked kitchen that we used to make dinners. Beautiful deck with the hot tub and beautiful scenic views. It seemed that they had thought of everything that we may need and it was exactly where it was supposed to be. They were responsive and kind hosts who really wanted us to have a great time. We made new cherished memories here and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Amazing property & setting, absolutely loved the pool, sport court, etc. Hosts were communicative & easy, will certainly be back for another warm-weather escape.

We celebrated our honeymoon in Sonoma and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel special—fresh flowers, local wine, and cozy spots to relax after wine tasting all day. The setting was peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our stay completely stress-free. This place truly made our honeymoon unforgettable—we can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay - wish we'd found this place sooner! Our host was fantastic throughout our entire stay - incredibly helpful, responsive to any questions, and made the whole experience seamless. The property was exactly as described in the listing, with everything we needed and more. The location in Dublin worked perfectly for exploring Northern California. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If we had discovered it earlier, we definitely would have made it our home base for our entire NorCal trip instead of bouncing around different accommodations. We'll absolutely be booking here again on future visits to the Bay Area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained place with an outstanding host!

Stayed here with family. The backyard was our favorite part- we had a toddler in the group that could run around play while we hung out on the deck. House was beautiful and modern. The local area was peaceful, we saw lots of local wildlife on the hill which was fun to sit and watch with coffee. Highly recommend!

It was ideal location as we wanted to do some shopping it was near the mall and some restaurants .it’s near the the airport as we were travelling from abroad. Great location x

The house was as described and very clean. We loved staying there. Our kids were sad to leave the house at the end of our trip. Payal accommodated our need to have local family member drop-off supplies for us in advance of our arriving late, and responded rapidly to any questions we had throughout the stay. A couple minor issues arose during our stay that needed host attention, as is possible no matter where you stay. What's important to us is that Payal was very responsive, caring, and took care of our needs in a timely manner. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property and host.

Leslie was an amazing host and she was always responsive to my questions and comments. Updated, beautiful, spacious, clean home that was close to stores and food spots. Nice, quiet neighborhood also! Leslie had so much in the home for us like toothbrushes, razors, lotions, extra towels, etc. which came in so handy! The backyard was also a great place for us to come back and eat lunch or dinner (if good weather permits, of course). Please book here, this place was one of the best places I’ve ever booked!

The nicest Airbnb we have stayed in! Kenney thought of every detail and delivered above and beyond., from the updated super clean bathrooms, to the fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for more than one cook, to the comfy beds and plenty of blankets and towels. The home is gorgeous with lots of space and a beautiful backyard. The weather was gorgeous. Kenney quickly responded to a situation. Couldn’t ask for a better house and host! Staying at the Sea Wolf Bungalow was one of the most special experiences of my life. I had the joy of working with Kim to plan my engagement there, and she made every step seamless, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable. From vendor recommendations to her calming presence, Kim went above and beyond to help create a perfect moment. She welcomed us with such warmth—it felt like staying with family. The bungalow itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly nestled in nature. The stunning seaside views, colorful tide pools, and sightings of whales, seals, and other wildlife made every moment feel magical. Kim’s local insight into trails, sights, and hidden gems only added to the experience. The Sea Wolf Bungalow will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and I feel incredibly grateful for the memories made there and for the chance to get to know Kim. Truly the best trip I’ve ever had. Thank you, Kim—for everything.

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

Kim's place perfectly fit are needs! Lots of room to spread out., we hosted a small group of family to organize for a celebration of life from the mother. Everything was very serein and peaceful. Kitchen was extremely well equipped!! Outdoor space magical!! We would love to book again.

Will was one of THE most responsive Hosts we've ever had! His instructions were 100% accurate and timely. The setting of this home is just incredible - mountains all around and we were here at a time when flowers were in full bloom! Exceptional! Even a lemon tree in the front yard! Really enjoyed a special family time here.

Rex was a gear host, very communicative and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was beautiful and spacious, with a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that made our visit even more relaxing.
