A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. The Chapel is a light-filled cottage in the heart of a seaside conservation area. You're just a 3-minute walk to Littlehampton beach, with seaside dining, watersports, tennis, golf, fairground and more. Train station with direct connections to London. Airy, open-plan living with two large bifold doors that open onto your own private south-facing courtyard. We are dog friendly but keep our furry guests to one dog per stay. Newly renovated.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and has receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
