It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking area.

The main living area of the cottage is a comfortable place to relax after a busy day of hiking the trails or swimming at the Grotto. Outside of the cottage there is a large front yard and a forested back lot. Great location with flexible check-in and parking! Close to the harbour and groceries as well (walkable distance away). If there was just one thing, its a bit of a smaller space (but more than enough for a single person), so make sure you're comfortable sharing if you have a second guest!

Loved this cottage. It was cozy and very nicely decorated from inside. The kitchen stove needs some work as it was slow but everything else was really good. The weather didn’t cooperate on of the days we were there, but the large TV room helped us keep the kids entertained ! We will return to this place next time we visit Tobermory!! Thanks Shelley and Victoria for making our stay enjoyable!!

Very nice , clean and cozy home , I would definitely recommend and visit again.

The cottage was beautiful and has a great set up for whatever you have planned! Deck was perfect, and firepit was the best spot on the property, perfectly secluded to hang out and have a great bonfire!! just make sure you have bug spray, it is Tobermory and has alot of foliage around so make sure you are prepared! Had a phenomenal weekend would gladly go back if we're in the area again!

Peter was a wonderful host. Very friendly, and he knew all the things to do in Tobermory. We went during a non busy season so it was a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The area was beautiful and had some cute shops to explore. Would definitely go again

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the property! The house was spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed with a luxurious yet cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The highlight for us was the stunning view of the Sweepstakes and Big Tub Harbour — especially from the two private decks, which were perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of activities. Speaking of which, there was so much to do right at the property that we ended up spending most of our time there instead of exploring Tobermory. From tennis and pickleball to the well-equipped games room, we were never bored. Everything was spotless and ready for us when we arrived, making for a truly seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled getaway.
