Great lake house for adults and children! The kids loved the zipline and kayaks. Sunsets on the kayaks were amazing. Easy drives to Little Rock, Hot Springs and crystal mines.

Our Family of 10 so enjoyed our stay at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware which was wonderful as we cooked a couple of meals each day. private bedrooms which was great! I would highly recommend this property and Host!

Our family of twelve had a wonderful time together. We used the standup paddleboard, the canoe and the kayak. We also rented a pontoon boat for two of our days. We went to a local quarry to dig quartz for the morning and we hiked to a waterfall in the state park. It was A trip we will never forget. Thank you Erik.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect! The house is close to many of the local attractions. We went crystal mining, explored downtown Hot Springs, hiked in the nearby State Park, and enjoyed the Garvan Woodland Gardens. Kevin and Erini are great hosts! They answered all our questions promptly and gave great recommendations. Perfect place for a family vacation!

The house was a pleasure to stay at. The gated yard/patio was perfect to hang out with the dogs. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Max and Michelle are such thoughtful host, so many small touches to make our stay memorable. The front all seasons patio was amazing to have morning coffee and relax in. We also made friends with two box turtles in the front yard. Just a pleasure all the way around.

This was a charming condo with awesome views and equipped with all the comforts of home. My son and his friends (12 yrs olds) had a blast staying here. They loved kayaking and swimming in the lake and all the great fishing the surrounding areas had to offer. Bill was very pleasant and responded promptly to questions we had. We definitely want to plan another trip to come back. This was a 10-out-of-10 trip for us!!!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

This is a great condo for a couple. It’s only about 20’ from the lake and the sunrises are beautiful. We paddled our canoe over to Electric Island and saw the ruins of Mr. Fordyce’s fishing camp. We also hiked in Hot Springs NP and Lake Catherine SP.

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

Jana's place was fabulous and I would love to stay there again. It was quiet, peaceful and everything a family would want. It was a pleasure to unwind after a day of activities. The house was clean, provided everything we needed, and the back yard on the lake was beautiful. We even had some ducks and geese visit which was a fun surprise. It was a great space to get together with some friends we don't get to see often!

Great home for our family. 9 adults and plenty of space for everyone. In town for our daughter’s wedding and home was close to Walmart and Sam’s Club for all the last minute purchases. Home was fully stocked to make cooking dinner a breeze. Quiet location other than the laughter coming from the living room. Enjoy the home and swinging on the front porch swing!

The home was just as described. The neighborhood was awesome, pretty trees, loved the backyard, and completely fenced in for the fur babies. House was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying with Dylan and it will not be our last! It is perfect - wonderful location and great host! We can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and the peaceful vibe of the house was perfect for us ( and our fur baby)! Dylan is super helpful and responsive! This was the perfect place as my son lives in Cabot AR. It was only 5 mins from his house. Our extended family of 6 adults and two children were all coming to Cabot AR. to celebrate my one granddaughter's college graduation, and my other granddaughter's 19th birthday. The Airbnb was spacious and provide beds and showers for everyone. It was perfect with a crib for my daughter's one year old. My sister and I loved the covered outside porch area. We loved drinking our morning coffee while my other grandson, age 3, played on the great fort/ swing set. Bryan was always quick to respond to my questions. We look forward to coming again.
