Vacation rentals with a patio in Little Italy, San Diego

Our stay in San Diego was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal - just a short walk to little Italy and convenient to great restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful patio. The host was responsive.

The host and unit were awesome! Perfectly located in the Gaslamp District just one block away from Fifth street which was full of activities on the weekend. Easy walk to the waterfront, loved sitting on the balcony people watching, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The place was very spacious, well decorated, and had all the kitchen amenities. We cooked in 2 nights. CVS within 2 min walk and Ralph’s 7 min walk. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Christie’s AB&B was immaculate & comfortable. The garden and patio are lovely. We really appreciated use of the washer & dryer. An added plus was meeting Christie who is pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Very easy check-in, and incredibly communicative hosts! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for their own little oasis with easy accessibility to all of San Diego.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Brent’s place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again! It’s in a great location close to lots of restaurants in South Park and my favorite coffee shop Santos coffee :) Their home was beautiful inside and out with a great yard space for the doggies!

Great spot in a quiet North Park neighborhood. Super clean, easy to access, and very dog-friendly & my pup loved it. Close to everything we wanted to do including restaurants and shops, and check-in was quick and simple. Would definitely stay again! The decor was also super cute!

Very quiet location perfect for a family. Walkable to some good spots in South Park, including coffee, Target, and a market. Great base for getting into downtown and exploring Balboa Park. Really appreciated the beach equipment too! Quick responses whenever we had issues.

Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend in San Diego and this location was perfect only about an 8 min drive to downtown and about 10ish to little italy. The house was able to accommodate everyone in their own bed with still plenty of room to laydown our suit cases. Overall the space was very comfortable and clean. Miho is an amazing host and very responsive during our stay-- highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Bill's place! The house was clean, all the amenities were at our disposal, just as listed. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, with lots of restaurants nearby. The one thing that would have made it even better would be if the shower head pressure was higher and the water temperature easier to control. But other than that, we loved our stay!

Absolutely loved the Bnb!!! It was a perfect place to stay while we explored San Diego. I felt right at home and everything ran so smoothly. Ted was super accommodating and friendly! I appreciated the quick communication when we had questions and gave great recommendations to see in town

Our stay in San Diego was truly memorable, thanks in large part to this fantastic condo. Its central location made it easy to explore everything the city has to offer—SeaWorld, the zoo, museums, Liberty Station, and the beaches—all just a short drive away. One of the highlights for our two-year-old was watching planes take off and land nearby, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in it truly made us feel at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing stay for me and my boyfriend! The location is central enough to everything we wanted to do and see here in sd. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed! Instructions are listed clearly and communication with Nick was always quick n reliable! There’s some pretty significant construction out in front of the building, so street parking was a bit tricky since the parking space provided in the garage couldn’t accommodate our truck - but that was just a minor inconvenience for our ginormous rental lol.

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

This is our second time staying at Niloofar’s Airbnb and it was, again, a fantastic experience. It is a great location within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The Airbnb is clean, matches the photos exactly, and was the perfect base camp for a family of four. Niloofar was also extremely responsive; after an initial mixup she immediately made sure we had a pack n’ play for our son. Everything about our stay was great; we can’t say enough about this location and host—we hope to be back soon!!

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!
