Set in gorgeous grounds Larch is spacious, light & conveniently located close to rail & road links. Private drive, secure parking & all mod-cons. Close to nature and beautiful walks. Formerly part of an 1850's built cottage Larch is on the first floor with views over the rear courtyard gardens, leading to a tennis court, further gardens & river. Larch has open-plan living, comfy furnishings, vaulted ceilings & a balcony that overlooks the rear courtyard where the sun sets.

“Hare Cottage" is a charming retreat nestled amidst the beauty of rolling farmland, offering an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while soaking in the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage provides modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and recharge. Hare Cottage is on the grounds of Hereford House (see photo 30) with its own fenced in garden and patio.

Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed. The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

Self contained Studio in Weston Favell NN3 3JX

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.

The annexe comes complete with its kitchenette including a washer dryer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer. The annexe has a smart TV & free Netflix. Less than 10 mins drive to Northampton town centre & the Motorway. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.

Enchanting 3 bedroom, 1.5 Bath Caravan.

The Holiday home is fully furnished with everything you need. The Caravan has three bedrooms, one double with ensuite toilet and wash basin. The 2nd bedroom has 2 x singles beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 1 x single bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen including; fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob. There is an outside terraced area, as well as a wrap around balcony and off road parking for two vehicles.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
