Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at Hayley’s Airbnb. It was the perfect retreat — peaceful, beautifully styled, and incredibly cozy. Despite being a smaller space, it felt both luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The room had everything we needed to relax and unwind, from the super comfortable bed to the calming decor. The bathroom was especially impressive — very modern with a spacious shower and heated floors, which added such a touch of luxury. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space feel welcoming and high-end. We felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely night here, host was responsive, lovely decorations throughout the flat, extra spacious in the main bedroom, we had a lovely dinner in the kitchen with our takeaway, we had everything that we need, felt just like at home. In the morning very easy to have breakfast, just went to the ground floor there's a cafe with a nice breakfast and snack. Highly recommended place if you visit this area 🙂

Great place for a nights stay if you love the outdoors, there is enough privacy to feel secluded but not completely isolated as you're only a field away from the host's house. There is no electricity and an eco toilet so you are going back to basics, so prepare ahead. Sue will give you a big bottle of water. We took our own firewood and toasted marshmallows on the camp fire. Sue is a laid back host. It's lovely waking up to the horse in the next field. This is my second stay at Sue's place and it was just what I needed. Thanks again!

Such a beautiful cottage. Sally really has thought of everything to make it a home from home. It was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. She went above and beyond, providing little extras and even a gift for our dog which was gratefully received. Lots of helpful info provided for the local area and walks etc, which is so valuable when visiting somewhere new. So happy to have found this beautiful, tranquil place. We will visit again.
