Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lit-et-Mixe

Great! That's the only word that comes to mind. The owners have created a place where you feel as good or better as at home. The focus is on quality (appliances, dishes, bedding...) and good taste. The garden is fantastic and we were able to bring our 4 dogs to this totally secure space, even for runaways (a great relief of mind). House ideally located not far from amenities. The road that passes nearby is very discreet thanks to the positioning and layout of the garden. Friendly welcome and discreet stay but always available, the ideal hosts for us. In short, an ideal base for a successful stay in the moors. A big thank you to Nathalie for creating this place.

The accommodation of Nath & Fred is very lovingly decorated and has everything you need for a nice relaxing beach vacation and more. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired, the living area is beautifully designed and offers a lot of entertainment for rainy days. We particularly liked the sinks in the rooms and the outdoor shower and toilet. Perfect for a surfing holiday, the rental is just a 5-minute walk away and the boulangerie provides you with great baguettes and more every day (except Mondays). We will be happy to come back!

This is the second time we've come, and not the last. Always well received. Single-story house, quiet environment, pleasant house. Jean-Claude and his wife are very welcoming and attentive, flexible, responsive. Pleasant contact.

We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

We totally enjoyed the stay, a quiet and totally recommended place to disconnect from everything, without a doubt an experience to repeat. In addition, Jocelyne and Jean-Luc were very friendly at all times and made our stay more comfortable.

The house is beautifully decorated and equipped, very spacious and bright, has a huge garden and is wonderfully quiet between fields and forests. Contis - with its great beach and small town center for strolling and many nice restaurants - is easily reached in about 15 minutes by car, or also by bicycle, via mostly quiet paths, along small towns. The house is ideal for families with children, for relaxing, hiking, cycling and much more. Bayonne and Bordeaux - and also other beautiful cities - are easily reached in a day trip. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation at Gudi and Stéphane's house ☺️

Pleasant little holiday home and sufficiently equipped Close to mimizan beach and many departures from walks or bike rides, in the forest or by the sea.

We stayed at Florian's for a family vacation. The size of the house as well as its terraces were very nice for the group of people we were. We enjoyed the large outdoor table as well as the 2 barbecues available. The kitchen is a great place for collective living! The location of the house is very convenient because it's close to the beach and the city center by bike but not on foot. The only point we liked the least is the location of the house because it is in a cluster of houses and close to the neighbors. Each bedroom has a bathroom and this is very nice. We liked the choice of two bedrooms with double beds and the other two with single beds.

We had a lovely stay at Baptiste and Stéphanie's place. We took the place as part of the Velodyssee. For cyclists, to branch off from the arrival point which is on the velodyssee and arrive at the accommodation, follow the car route so as not to find yourself entangled in the sands of the forest area (we got caught). Thanks to our hosts! :)

A cozy nest... very well located in the heart of Mimizan beach. 5-minute walk to the central beach. All shops, restaurants, and other stores nearby. the best for a relaxing time. I would recommend it and would come back.

Very nice and functional accommodation. Well placed to do everything on foot or by bike. We were there in May and the environment was very quiet. The small terrace is very nice!

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

Dream location, quiet and easy to access. The accommodation has everything you need for our stay, the bedding is very good! Laurie is very nice and accommodating, you can go there without so much as a second thought 😇

My family and I came all the way from Hawaii and had a wonderful stay!! Evelyne and everyone were so kind and so helpful! Only bummer of the stay is that we didn't stay for longer! We can't wait to visit again!

We had a very short stay at Marc's but the accommodation is as described, everything is impeccable and available for a good stay! Marc is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is located in the heart of the center so a little noisy, but it's logical given the location. We will keep the address for a future visit to this area.

The proximity to the sea as well as the forest is a plus for those who, like us, take their dog everywhere on vacation. Shops are about 500 m from the apartment. Good location in every way. Host is available and responsive

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is spacious and well arranged and equipped. The bedding is quality, like the very clean accommodation. Its location is ideal close to the market, beaches and supermarket. It is also close to restaurants and cafes; but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise, or the smell of meals. Eloise is very kind, available and accommodating. I would highly recommend it

Laurents place was so homey and had everything we needed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the pool and its well within walking distance to the beautiful beach. We loved it so much we extended our stay by a day!
