Important preliminary remarks: This family house (which is located next to our house and our two existing and already operated cottages called "les coquillages") will only be rented to families who respect the calm of the place, including in the pool area. No reservations will be granted for parties with friends. The cleaning is done by you. The villa is returned in the same condition as it was at check-in. Linens are not provided.

The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure. The open fireplace ensures romantic evenings. On cool autumn and winter days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and coziness.
