This place is designed for families. Important preliminary remarks: This family home (which is located next to our house and our two existing and already operated cottages called "les coquillages") will only be rented to families who respect the calm of the place, including in the pool area. No reservations will be made for parties with friends. Cleaning is done by you. The villa is returned in the same condition as on departure. Linens are not provided.

Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

This historic building, renovated and extended by an architect 12 years ago, graces an expansive 11-acre expanse of traditional "arial landais" land. It offers a unique escape into the heart of unspoiled natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza each situated around 4 km away.

The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure. The open fireplace ensures romantic evenings. On cool autumn and winter days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and coziness.

A fireplace can also warm up your winter vacation.
