Important preliminary remarks: This family home (which is located next to our house and our two existing and already operated cottages called "les coquillages") will only be rented to families who respect the calm of the place, including in the pool area. No reservations will be made for parties with friends. Cleaning is done by you. The villa is returned in the same condition as on departure. Linens are not provided.

The Pechine house is a detached Landes farmhouse on a 6500 sqm property near the 'Landes de Gascogne' nature reserve. The house is very lovingly furnished mainly with antique furniture from the region. A fully equipped kitchen with a view of the edge of the forest makes cooking together at sunset a pleasure. The open fireplace ensures romantic evenings. On cool autumn and winter days, the wood-burning stove provides warmth and coziness.

Great activities on tap: cycling, trekking in the natural reserve of Huchet, surf, paddleboard on the scenic streams or simply enjoy the sun with a good book :)
