Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
