The apartment is located in a new passive duplex, its floor area is 130 m2 and 4+kk layout. It comfortably sleeps 8 adults, children can accommodate 4 extra beds, and a travel crib for the little ones. Upstairs there are three rooms, on the ground floor there is a sofa bed. There are two parking spots by the house and a storage for skis and bikes. Accommodation is especially suitable for one to two families with children. The house is a minute's walk from the deer by the woods. You can drive to the tourist center of Lipno nad Vltavou in five minutes.

The accommodation has 82 m² on two levels, 3 bedrooms, a terrace and a garden. The pool on the premises is shared and is open in July and August. The other half of the duplex is also owned by us and is not rented.
