Great apartment with big terrace

Very nice 1 room apartment in the center of Linz with large terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 seating furniture + table. Although we are right in the center here, it is amazingly quiet and peaceful. With double bed + folding couch. The two beds are separated by a wall, yet in the same room. Small kitchen that has everything you need. Shower, WC and washing machine high quality! Owner lives in the same building and is always responsive and helpful. Welcome to Linz 🤗

All rooms can be accessed separately from the anteroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free parking directly at the house. Also ideal for companies who need accommodation for employees, as well as for students from the nearby university.

Equipped with an underground car park with direct lift access, the main shopping street, the city square and also the exhibition center can be reached within 5-6 minutes on foot. The apartment also has a first-class terrace. Within a few minutes walk you will also find a supermarket, restaurants and coffee houses.

Nice log cabin in the middle of nature. Attached is a small playground and campfire area. Full kitchen and large lounge/dining room. Not far from the stream (~ 4 km) for cozy bathing hours. There are many alpine pastures and cycling routes in the surrounding area. There is currently no shower available.

Our inn is located in the heart of the Mühlviertel, you can use this for hikes on the barefoot path, Hopfenweg, or for biking on the Gps-Grantiland bike trails or in winter for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or curling!
