Cottage vacation rentals in Limestone

Our family was gathering for my Nieces graduation from ETSU and it was our first time being all together in 6 years. The Dogtrot was so spacious in all areas allowing us to be able to play games and eat all together. We even had a competitive game of wiffle ball in yard. We utilized all the amazing amenities the hot tub, sauna, outdoor fireplace and played games at the outdoor table. Oh and I can’t forget the serious matches of ping pong that took place in the enclosed breeze way. We only had a couple of issues the instructions for the wood fired hot tub were no where to be found but Jason responded quickly providing instructions and the oven wouldn’t work which did cause issue with family dinner but again Jason/Brent were very apologetic and worked with us since we ended up having to leave a day early. We hope to come stay again for a longer period of time!

This was my third stay at Rosa's home and it is always a pleasure and positive experience. Great location with nearby restaurants and activities!

Anita is a very responsive and friendly host. The house is very private and cozy. Everything was clean and stocked. Beautiful views on the way to the house and a perfect little creek on property.

My husband and I, and our 4 children (ages 4-13), had the best time and made some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime at this gorgeous mountain retreat. The Mountain View’s were breathtaking, the generous porch and comfy patio furniture made it that much more enjoyable. The sauna and hot tub are in a private nook of the lot right next to the house and really make this place feel like your own little resort. At night you can see fire flies from the hot tub! The outdoor fire pit added to the charm and was perfect for a s’mores night! I usually don’t sleep well when we travel but I slept like a baby on the cotton sheets and comfortable mattress in the master. The house had everything listed and more! We’re considering booking for next year already.

Once again, we appreciated how well Jay communicated. He is a great host. Shady Grove cottage is our most favorite Airbnb. A peaceful respite in the woods within a few minutes from Weaverville’s charming downtown. 😊

Place was great. It is a perfect spot for a quiet romantic getaway, very private and relaxing. I do recommend making sure you bring everything you need, grocery/drug stores are about thirty minutes away, but that is a small price to pay for the privacy/peace/quiet that you will get. There are hiking spots galore within a 15-20 minute drive. Not much else I can add. I give it five stars and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The property is very relaxing, great Mountain View’s off the wrap around porch. Saw deer almost daily. Kitchen is well equipped. This is our second time staying at Honeysuckle and we plan to return.

We loved staying at this cottage. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the wildlife and the stars are incredible! I caught 5 medium to large fish in the pond. It was a great experience. Will for sure come back during the summer or fall when the leaves on the trees are back.

I have to admit that I am not the best at writing reviews after staying at airbnbs, but this one was especially great for our family. We were traveling with our baby and 2 dogs, and we found the space very peaceful and well suited for us. I loved their fence for the dogs and the way the bedroom and living area is situated. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Marcela was an AMAZING host!!!…The cottage was beautiful inside and out!..All of the amenities were there.The area was very relaxing and quiet and the bed was so comfortable!..I totally recommend this beautiful cottage and get ready to enjoy yourself!!..I will most definitely stay twice a year!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cabin. We were sad the weather was too cool to enjoy the screened in porch, because it was a cute little area. This cabin was near the end of the road, so it was quiet. There are places close by, but the thick vegetation makes it feel secluded. This was a great place for a holiday weekend, with places to go and restaurants to eat at within an easy distance.

Great cozy cottage. Loved the trail to walk my dog. The place was very clean . The host was extremely responsive. All around a great place to stay.

This is such a peaceful, cozy and relaxing place up in the trees. There’s a beautiful view and we loved the outdoor tub & dog park. The location is perfect and it is only 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. We hope to be back at some point in the future!

Our favorite airbnb of many! Secluded with beautiful creek, large mowed grounds, pond, screened gazebo by creek, big porch facing creek/birds/flowers! Very spacious place With 2 br, 2ba and porches. Could hear creek from inside home and porch. super cozy and felt like home away from home. Hosts were super helpful when we were driving within 9 minutes of the place and got stopped by hurricane damaged railroad track forcing us to turn around with no phone signal or GPS signal. Awesome cookies made a great dinner for us that first night. The home was adorable, uniquely decorated with the host's artistic talents. We highly recommend this affordable paradise and will likely be back!

Zachary was personable and friendly from the start….even funny. I asked about an early check-in and he accommodated my request without a fee. When looking for an ideal stay, I’m always hoping that I’ll find the kind of hospitable and charming person on the other end that I can whole-heartedly recommend to others. His care and concern comes across in the space: thoughtful, clean, serene, and relaxing. I needed a space that lends toward healing as work. This space can meet many needs for both the spirit and body (since the hot tub is a cure-all!). We saw deer and were delighted with all the moss! Looking to return soon!

We had the best weekend staying at Mamaws house. It was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm touches rekindling memories of our own Grand Parents homes. Every detail, decoration, trinkets, notes etc was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like we were taking a step back in time, including the floor creaks. Alicia was beyond accommodating, always available for any questions, but also respectful of my privacy. It’s clear they take pride in their space and go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional stay right down to farm fresh eggs and Little Debbie Snack cakes (what visit to Mamaws house isn’t complete without a sweet treat. If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay while visiting the Duffield area, look no further!

The place was so beautifully designed and built. If you want to escape into the mountains and need to switch off from your busy life, this is the perfect spot for you. The hosts were very friendly and pretty quick with their responses.

This is absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I love to fish and the pond didn’t disappoint, caught bass, catfish and bluegill, it was a blast. It was so quiet and we really enjoyed the space by the pond. The home was immaculate!! We are already planning another trip to go back.

The place was absolutely what we expected. The photos don’t do it justice. It was private, quiet, well maintained with a beautiful sprawling yard and surrounding property. Our doggo absolutely loved running through the field. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the dog. All the linens were fresh and smelled great. The seating inside was wonderful for tv time and dinner. Elevation changes are common in the area and we loved to rolling roads and property. The hosts were excellent toward us and we had some good conversation after check in. If we find ourselves back in the area, we will absolutely love the cottage. Thank you to Tami for letting us book her house for the time we did! It really helped my father out in the aftermath of hurricane Helene. The house is very cute, and has really neat vintage appliances (I love the old fridge!). The area is quiet, the Internet works well, and the house has everything needed for a comfy stay.

My wife and I wanted to spend our anniversary away from the busy life. Adam's place on Iola Farms delivered!! It was so peaceful and private. It was everything we imagined and more. The access road is a little bumpy, but if you take it slow and enjoy the scenery, you won't even notice. There were clear instructions to get from the road to the cabin. When we arrived, it was easy to access the cabin. Everything we needed was there for cooking, sleeping, bathing, or just lazing around. There was even fresh charcoal in the grill like they knew we were going to cook steaks our first night. The cell service was very spotty, but the wifi was easy to connect to and worked perfect for wifi calling. There was an information book on the kitchen table full of brochures for activities and restaurants. The Mendota Trail Swinging Bridge was within view of the highest part of the driveway. Bristol was only 35 minutes away. We highly recommend this place for a tranquil retreat and we will be back!!

Our family had the best time. This trip was one of, if not the best vacations we have ever had. That is in large part thanks to our hosts and their beautiful home! We enjoyed every minute, from booking to checkout. We would visit here again.
