Kitchen wall, small dining table, lovely sofa beds 160cm and 90cm beds with springy mattress of the best quality. So here you really get the hotel feeling. Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Handletur ? Det er også bare 3 km til kjøpesenter, 4 km til Lillesand sentrum. 20 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark

Området er rolig det meste av året, men det yrer av liv og feriegjester her om sommeren. 135 kvadrat, med plen og beplantning utenfor. Lite trafikk og miljøgaten går fra huset til badestrendene og sentrum. Trygt for barn.
