Perfect for families, groups of friends or companies that need a place to stay for their employees. Here we can offer proximity to animals and nature, great hiking areas, lending large and nice lavvo, rowboat and opportunities for fishing! A place for nature and outdoor life, but also recovery and rest, in peaceful and quiet surroundings. On the farm we have horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Welcome!

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great open land for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 persons (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

An idyllic southern cabin located in a great location in the Flekkerøya archipelago. This is southern summer at its best! Plating around the cabin offers a spacious outdoor area to make use of. Good sun conditions on one side of the cabin during the day, and evening sun on the other side. Guest are free to use 2 kayaks if desired. If there is a need for parking, the cabin has 2 parking nearby, about 350 meters from. If renting a boat is desired, this can be arranged at additional cost.

Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

The area is quiet and idyllic at the same time as it is a short distance to: ✈️Kjevik Airport 5 min 🏖️Hamresanden 5 min 🦁Dyreparken 10 min 🏫 Kristiansand city 15 min 🥗Boen Gård (Michelin Guide restaurant) 5 min There are a few meters to the jetty and a small sandy beach in Topdalselva. Popular for salmon fishing. Kayaks can be borrowed. Great hiking areas and ski slope nearby.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
