Here between Lillesand and Kristiansand you live in the middle of nowhere. 30 meters from the sea, at the heart of the Vallesverdfjord in Høvåg. Great hiking terrain. 10 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken, Dyreparken, Lillesand city. 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center. Private entrance to 30m ² living room with double sofa bed (extra bed can be inserted), and extra bedroom with double and single bed. Shower, toilet, TV for Chromecast, hifi facility and DVD. Welcome to a nice apartment in Grimstad, right by Groo's beach and free area. Here you can walk straight to the beach (about 150m) with great hiking terrain and at the same time proximity to the city center. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 porches that you can enjoy and enjoy summer in the city with the most sunny days. About 40min to the Dyreparken in Kristiansand and Sørlandssenteret. But Grimstad city center has great eateries, a small shopping mall and nice downtown without the big chain stores.

The apartment is located in the middle of Kaldvell nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, swimming beaches and nature experiences We have designed the apartment so that it should be perfect for a small family or 4 people. It has a large sunny terrace with its own gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor food on late Southern evenings The apartment is located 100 meters from the sea and has child-friendly beaches only 5-10 min walk away:) The apartment is also only 20 - 25 minutes from the zoo.

Playground and volleyball court Groo's summer restaurant is open and serves ice cream, hot food, beer, wine etc. 2 min from the house you will find a Joker shop with most things you need. Lovely country house by the sea in Sørlandet and lake house and jetty by the sea, large garden, table tennis, trampoline, jacuzzi and several terraces in the middle of Kristiansand and Lillesand in Høvåg. Golf courses, Archipelago, beaches. Playground, football field, Padel tennis court, outdoor gym 5 minutes walk. Blindleia close by, and Kristiansand Zoo 15 min drive. Sørlandssenteret, climbing park, catch crabs, fishing, golf courses, hiking areas and space for both lazy and active days.

Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

This is our dream - our beautiful «Cabin at the river» completely renovated in 2018 with all the amenities you dream of. Check out Elvestredet for pictures Yaccuzi, sauna, big canoe (5,25m3persons), 100 m2 terrace,7 bedrooms, 2 livingareas, dining area, Big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, loft etc. Fish salmon from terrace, swim in the beautiful beach at the river, big garden where for kids/play..The area is close to the famous Dyreparken Zoo, AirPort, Sørlandssenteret and the city centre.

The cabin is located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes by car east of Kristiansand. Oceanview. Bedrooms (3), living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all on one level. All rooms apart from the bathroom are newly renovated. In the basement you will find a laundry, a shower and a toilet. This level is not renovated. Note that the cabin is located 200 metres from the parking area, down a hill towards the ocean. All visitors are expected to clean and tidy after the visit.

The site is originally a farm from the 18th century, and has been rebuilt over the past 15 years. Here you have all the facilities you need for a memorable holiday in Lillesand. The place has 2 acres of garden, 300m2 outdoor area with paving stones where the family can spend the whole day in the sun. The house is 230 m2 and has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, modern wet room facilities and a large kitcchen/livingroom where all the guests can stay without it being cramped.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
