Here you can walk straight to the beach (about 150m) with great hiking terrain and at the same time proximity to the city center. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 verandas where you can relax and enjoy summer in the city with the most sunny days. About 40 min to the Zoo in Kristiansand and Sørlandssenteret. But Grimstad city center has great restaurants, a small shopping mall and a nice center without the big chain stores.

Do you like to the taste of sun, sumer and saltwater? Our cabin is having a perfect location, with sun from morning to evening. It is silent and relaxing, but also only 5 min away from Lillesand. In Lillesand you can walk among pretty and small white painted houses or enjoy a dinner at one of the local restaurants. It is also great to just hang around close to the cabbin where you can swim or sunbath. The children could catch crabs or you can go fishing. It is possible to rent a row boat.

Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

The cabin is located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes by car east of Kristiansand. Oceanview. Bedrooms (3), living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all on one level. All rooms apart from the bathroom are newly renovated. In the basement you will find a laundry, a shower and a toilet. This level is not renovated. Note that the cabin is located 200 metres from the parking area, down a hill towards the ocean. All visitors are expected to clean and tidy after the visit.

The site is originally a farm from the 18th century, and has been rebuilt over the past 15 years. Here you have all the facilities you need for a memorable holiday in Lillesand. The place has 2 acres of garden, 300m2 outdoor area with paving stones where the family can spend the whole day in the sun. The house is 230 m2 and has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, modern wet room facilities and a large kitcchen/livingroom where all the guests can stay without it being cramped.
