We spent 5 days in Kenneth and Malene’s house, we were 2 families with 2 kids 2yo. They live on the upper floor and were very welcoming and helpful in giving us several information. Check in, check out and comminication were great, Fast and easy. We had a bit of bad luck with weather, but we were able to enjoy the barbecue and jacuzzi, which are definetly a plus. The house is very well organized with all the necessary kitchen tools and room enough for all us, especially the living room where our kids played most of the time. Malene was so kind to give our kids lots and lots of toys they played with. would have been Perfect to have a second bathroom as we struggled a bit with the kids, but we were aware of that. The location is good, the sea is just in front of the house and we also had the possibilities to use their kayak, but we did not cause of weather. It is a good starting point to visit all the west coast. In the end we had a very nice and relaxing stay. Thanks a lot and see you

Fantastic stay, I ended up not being well for one of the days so spent more time in the Airbnb than planned. It was so well equipped, spacious and had a lovely vibe that it ended up being a wonderful stay even though I wasn’t 100% well. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The house was as described. We had a good time with 4 kids discovering the house, animals and lake near by. We were even able to rent the boat from Erik. The house offered enough space for us to hang out and even some toys for the kids.

The house has an incredibly great view, which we enjoyed in all weathers. Bram supported us with information and answered our questions quickly. The defective sunshade was also replaced within a day.

A fantastic home with equally stunning views. Well planned and as new. Restaurants within walking distance and not far to the shops in Ljungskile. A private feel despite the proximity to other houses. We are happy to come again.

The staircase that descends to the river is convenient for reaching the city center very quickly. In addition, the banks of the river are pretty.

The views from the cabin are incredible! So peaceful and the prefect location for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The interior is very clean and more than spacious. This was well worth the price to stay here. It's located at the top of a hill, overlooking a bay with beautiful cliffs and wetlands. You can have your dinner watching the sunset or breakfast watching the sunrise, and it's just as easy to view from inside the living room as in the backyard, or even the master bedroom. Every convenience is available, including laundry, dishwasher, cooking and dining acoutrements. The beds are comfortable, and it even has a sauna, though I didn't use it. For me, the location was beyond perfection. Total peace and quiet, without being too far from civilization. Having a car will make life easiest here, but it's actually not so far from a bus stop that goes to the wonderful island Marstrand, or in to Ytterby & Kungälv where you can get anything you need. Nearby are lots of great nature watching sites, and trails. Plus the ocean is a 5 minute walk down the hill. I love this place!

Carl-Gustav and Josefin were wonderful and very welcoming hosts with a beautiful place in Kungälv. Fast repsonsive, helpful and gave good information about the place. Cozy place that had everything for both adults and children. Will definitely stay there again if I am back in Kungälv in the future.
