Welcome to our lovely guest house located just outside Gothenburg next to Alvhems Kunsgårds Golf Course. If you play golf, you have 20m to the nearest tee and if you want to go to Gothenburg, it is a 23 minute train ride to Gothenburg Central. The cottage is new and can easily accommodate 4 people. There is a possibility of up to 5 if you want to sleep in the loft. Private shower/toilet and simpler kitchen available in the cabin. Cleaning not included but is done by the guest. It may be possible to book departure cleaning in accordance with time, cost of SEK 1200 applies.

And swimming lake 4 km. Båberg meet up 5 km. To exercise tracks and ski tracks, it is only 50 meters. Maybe suit the practitioner for Trollhättan's action week. Or the student in the college west. Or the staff at NÄL. Or just get away to the forest next to the house. I hope you enjoy yourselves.

The place was in a very good condition, clean and organised. Björn was a good with the communication. The location was as well very good. I Would recommend the place:). The only thing that i would prefer to have information about that the two bedrooms actually were not two separate bedrooms with doors, it is tow bedrooms with curtains in the middle that separate them, and the bathroom way go through them. Otherwise the place was perfect for our vacation. 😇

Fantastic stay, I ended up not being well for one of the days so spent more time in the Airbnb than planned. We had a lovely holiday in Mona's house. It exceeded our expectations. We (with our daughter and her family with three small children) enjoyed everything the house had to offer, e.g. an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, billiards and a lovely terrace. The whole house was very well cared for and complete.

Very pleasant little family. The host and his wife are very helpful. You can find your way around the house well, the room and the bathroom are very tidy. It was a very nice stay, we'd love to come back if necessary.

My husband and I had a great stay at Lamija's place! The home is beautiful and well equipped (especially the kitchen!). The views are as great as the home - you can see Bohus Fästning from the back deck and we enjoyed visiting the fortress while we were in town. We would absolutely stay here again. The town is close by with all needed shopping and amenities but the home itself feels like you've stepped into a peaceful (and beautifully decorated) oasis! Two quick notes for future travelers: 1. If you're a light sleeper and visiting during the summer, bring an eye mask! We had to keep the bedroom door cracked and a window open to keep cool and that let in light as well as cool air. 2. It's noted in the listing but there is no parking right at the house! We dropped baggage off at the door before utilized the free street parking up the hill (streets are tighter than we're used to so drive carefully!).
