We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Our stay was great, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located apartment. Nathalie was very responsive in answering our questions. Only small black, the awakening by the workers working on the front facade, a problem that is only temporary.

The apartment is very easy to access and right by the sea. Everything is within walking distance. And in addition the apartment is beautiful. Thank you for this great stay.

Hello, my family and I had a great time at Les Sables d'Olonne. Partly also to Julien's accommodation and responsiveness. Very nice, welcoming, clean, very quiet street. Within 20 minutes' walking distance. I highly recommend it. We will unanimously come back. 😊👍 Thank you Julien for the recommended restaurants😋😋.

Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it's ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. Parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the area is in a blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to make grilled food and spend friendly moments.

Quiet and very close to a beautiful beach. Comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped, even if you’re planning a dinner party. Linen provided was very clean and good quality. Quite a long walk to the town centre, but it is a pleasant walk.

The stay went very well, the house is ideally located in the city center and allows you to do a lot on foot. The house is impeccable and very functional, with a barbecue and a small inner courtyard. The host was very welcoming and flexible on departure times. Just a small downside on the bed and house linen that is not included, for 3 or 4 beds it is not very practical and it adds a certain cost to the rental. I would recommend this house!

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very conveniently located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We had a great time despite the unpredictable weather at the end of April. Julie's house is fantastic. Really nice decor, and remarkable cleanliness in all the rooms and especially in the kitchen. When the sun finally made an appearance, we were able to enjoy the poolside terrace for lunch, a treat. We absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back.

Absolutely perfect stay, very nice house and ideally located, paradise. We recommend 100%. Only downside (important), the glasses are plastic 😨😳 This improvement is really necessary for everything to be perfect 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Especially for lovers of good wine. It's the rental game, but careful users will be happy.

We had a lovely stay at Nadège's place. It is close to both the beach and La Rochelle. In addition, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is in a very good location on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. The accommodation is renovated, very tasteful and the layout is functional. The bedding is great😊. Angelique is very responsive and attentive. I'll be back. 😊

The apartment was completely renovated and spotless. The location is very good and the host is always attentive and willing to help. Everything was great. The only thing is, there's not much room for clothes if you're going for many days.
