Since I was looking for quiet holidays right by the sea it was ideal. Maria and Tomaso are very friendly and helpful also with bike rental nearby. A car or bike is necessary if you want to go to the center or to the promenade or to the sandy beach Spiagga di Torre San Giovanni. The promenade/center can be reached in 15 minutes by bike and on your way home you will drive into the sunset. Great. Looking forward to the next visit to Torre San Giovanni!

Amazing Place: Very clean with all the little things you need for an extended stay. Beautiful views from the terrace. We used it as a hub to. Visit the beaches of the area. A perfect stay!

Had an absolutely amazing week in this accommodation. Felt right at home from the warm welcome of Daniela and Valentino at check-in. The accommodation was very clean and provided with everything and a little more that we could need. The accommodation is located with fantastic panoramic ocean views, very close to the water, several different beaches and swimming areas. The accommodation is located between two villages with exquisite restaurants and cafés on each side. We are more than satisfied with our stay and will be happy to come back here.

Very nice residential area with wonderful roof terrace with views of the sea. Walking distance to the sea in 12 minutes in the center with running. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Chiara truly earns her title of superhost! She personally greeted and farewelled us and made us feel so welcome in her stunning home, a casa di Adele. The location is perfect and walking around Castro was so enjoyable and easy. The view from the outdoor area was such a pleasant way to relax and soak up the sun and fresh air each day. Chiara is extremely generous and adds so many extras to make her guests comfortable. We really appreciated things such as the drinks, snacks, and breakfast for our first night and morning. We also noticed special touches like plenty of towels, spare power adaptors and citronella candles. Be sure to visit grotto Zinzulusa, eat delicious seafood and swim at the Castro marina. We thoroughly loved our stay in Castro and were very sad we couldn’t stay longer. Best Airbnb this trip, by far!

The view is fantastic. Navigating the drop off and pick up of bags seemed like it might be a bit tricky as it's located in a historic no vehicle area but it was actually pretty simple. There are lovely terraces with great views but because it was just two of us sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets was perfect.

We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We cannot say enough about Federico. He was extremely helpful and attentive to our every need. He even printed our ballots for us so that we could vote! I highly recommend Federico as a host.

The descriptions and pictures are very accurate. The apartment is easy to find if you don’t use google maps directions/navigation. The most direct route is to follow the “lungomare”, turn at AMU restaurant, and proceed to number 10. The apartment is on several floors, without an elevator. There are 65 steps from the street to the rooftop terrazzo and kitchen. Each bedroom is on a separate stop along the stairs below the kitchen floor. The apartment is the best equipped of any apartment in which we’ve stayed over a period of 12 years. Francoise is very helpful and responsive. She provided a great deal of local info and recommendations. Also, she can arrange for a parking garage; street parking is non-existent.

The house is really very spacious and the location close to many places of interest in Salento makes it great for those who want a little peace and quiet for their holidays and allows them to visit all of Salento in a short time. Camilla has always been available and clear for all our doubts. Highly recommended

This house and the garden are so perfect, charming, relaxing, comfortable, all the details are impressive, you will have everything you need. Giuseppe is very kind and welcoming. We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less busy street from the apartment. The free city beach with the sheltered bay is also within walking distance. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within walking distance and offers plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for hosting us and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked beautiful in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, shower and kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to introduce him to the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out so that we could have a good vacation. Even mosquito nets. They even planned a map and recommended lots of nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We'll be back with pleasure for our next stay and recommend their accommodation 100%.

This is an outstanding apartment: three spacious elegant bedrooms with very comfy beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The terrace has a lovely view and is the highest of all surrounding buildings, ie very private. Modern kitchen. AC in each room that works and is easy to operate. Giovanni was responsive - what we asked for was addressed quickly, as well as they could. We had one issue which was properly compensated for.

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. Located in a peaceful area, the apartment was just a short walk to great dining spots and a charming local beach. Thank you, Elizabeth, for an unforgettable stay – we would love to return!

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment is totally cute and has everything you need. It was totally practical that in addition to the normal wine glasses, there were also some made of plastic. You could take it with you to the sunset without fear of something breaking. Francesco recommended restaurants in the area and we were very enthusiastic about all of them. From one so much that we were there twice in 3 days. Francesco has always proactively initiated communication and asked if everything is okay. We were very enthusiastic and can definitely recommend the place.

The hosts are very accommodating, I found the apartment a bit small, but it was ok for 3 days. The view is amazing :)

We had a wonderful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is very quiet. The roof terrace overlooking the sea is simply fantastic and you can quickly get to the old town on foot. Clear recommendation!
