Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lido Marini

We had a very nice vacation! Rooms and breakfast were really great and the hot tub was really great.

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

Ada is a delightful hostess. Her place is wonderful little oasis, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it without other guests, so can’t comment on the privacy, but it’s a perfect place to discover the area if you have a car. Loved the pool, Ada’s cooking and the cheeky cats that run the place. Definitely recommend.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

A 5-star home. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet area. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. Breathtaking sea and sunset views. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

Our stay here was a paradise. The super clean house was charming, eco friendly, nature filled and extremely well equipped. The location was quiet and yet very close to cafe supermarket and beach/swim places. Remarkable restaurants also. I would highly recommend Donatello and Massimina’s naturalistic home to anyone seeking charm and quiet. They are such lovely hosts too. Many thanks for our fab stay.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

We enjoyed an incredible one week stay. Stunning location - excellent for exploring southern area of Puglia and enjoying the beauty & serenity of Mancaversa. The fabulous accommodation exceeded our expectations. The photos just cannot do justice to the view from the property and the sound of the sea was soothing every day. The property has good space inside and outside, we felt very at home. Franceso was an extremely helpful host. He provided clear instructions on getting to the property and finding our way around the local area. He was responsive when we needed to seek some medical assistance too. He really made our stay as smooth as possible.

Villa with a beautiful outdoor space, a beautiful terrace and a pool with a sea view. The interior of the villa is smaller but well-equipped and sufficient. Two independent sleeping spaces, this can be appreciated for everyone's privacy. Isolated villa in the heart of nature, there are therefore many different insects. Alberto and Chiara were very welcoming and responsive. We had a basket filled with various local specialties that we enjoyed very much. We had a lovely stay.

A special stay for 3 nights, in a lovely setting. Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations for local shopping, and the kitchen faculties were great to cook in ! Spongano is a cute town, check out the icecream shop too. Alessandro's place has lots of space, and makes you feel like you're really staying in Italy !

Staying in this traditional Trulli was a unique experience. It’s tucked away on a hillside with a sea view and hardly any neighbors nearby. The place is a beautiful blend of rustic tradition and cozy comfort. With a car, it’s a great base for exploring the stunning beaches and coves of Salento. Within a 10-minute drive, there are plenty of excellent restaurants in small villages that are perfect for evening outings. A special mention goes to the young woman who welcomed us – she was incredibly friendly and even prepared a map for us, filled with personal recommendations that we were able to explore over the following days.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

The wonderful garden behind the large gate of the Masseria invites you to linger and dream with sunny and shady places between huge cacti, flowering shrubs, flowers and trees. Sunrise with bird concert over the Adriatic Sea from the rooftop terrace! If there wasn't so much to discover in Salento with all the beautiful beaches, towns and villages, I'd stay in the garden! The tastefully and functionally designed studio has a very comfortable bed. Luca is a very likeable, communicative and attentive host. A very clear recommendation!!

I would love to give more stars! Gaetano's place is just a dream! We felt right at home. The garden is a paradise! Very well maintained! The pool is extremely clean and is shared with only a few guests and so you are often alone here. The loft itself is also very clean and tasteful, puristically furnished. Location is very quiet! Around the corner is a small convenience store. Giuliano di Lecce is a small village from which you can quickly reach many attractions. In my opinion, the best starting point to visit the beautiful sandy beaches on the Ionian Sea and the great caves, bays, etc. on the Adriatic. Of course, a rental car is a must here! Gaetano himself is not on site (but answers questions very quickly and immediately takes care of concerns) but his dear parents, who take care of everything and also take care of the friendly and uncomplicated check-in. It was just perfect!

Had a fantastic stay at Emanuele's place. The room and pool area were lovely and created a great environment to relax in. The location is great, and Emanuele is a super kind and attentive host!

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

We enjoyed our days at Nadia's place. The house is really lovely and exactly like the pictures. The little things we experienced issues with fixed Nadia and Simonetta right away. If we are going back to the area, we hope that Nadia will bring us in as guests again.

We enjoyed staying at Marco's apartment very much. The view of the sea and the terrace with pool are beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. There is a good beach bar at the beautiful, nearby bay. Castro is just within walking distance. One advantage was the private parking space on the premises. The communication with Giorgio was quick and uncomplicated.

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!
