E' una villa singola a Montemagno, a 5 km da Camaiore e a 1 km dai bar e ristoranti. La spiaggia di Viareggio si trova a 18 minuti in macchina così come Lucca e Pisa. Ha un giardino di 400 m2 con una piscina di 7 x 4 m, Ha una bella vista sulle colline verdi e un po' di vista mare dalla camera. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento e parcheggio dentro alla casa.

Beach house

1.5 km (20 min walk) from Camaiore-Capezzano Station 15 minutes (5 minutes by bike) on foot from the equipped beaches. The home is a detached house located on the second floor with a terrace and its own entrance avenue. It has a free parking space in front of the house (there are also free parking lots nearby). It is a very bright accommodation with open-plan spaces. Close to the sea, with the possibility of renting bikes nearby.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

Surrounded by the olive trees of the Tuscan hills at an altitude of 200 metres, located 15 minutes from the sea, between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the 5 Terre, the cottage is in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. The house, on three levels, has two double bedrooms. Equipped with air conditioning, fast wifi connection, smart TV, microwave oven, four-burner induction hob, washing machine.
