Everything was perfect

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Great Airbnb. Close to the beach. Check in and communication was hassle-free. Ocean view from the balcony. We all enjoyed it very much.

Absolutely recommended – perfect vacation! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including WiFi, air conditioning and kitchen. Especially positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars! Our stay with Illaria was wonderful. Seaside apartments often feel a bit worn, but that was absolutely not the case here. The entire flat was new, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suitable for our family of four with small children. I’d especially highlight the well-equipped kitchen, which is not always a given in holiday rentals. Illaria was very kind and communicative – either she or her mother was always available to help. Her mother even prepared a small gift for our children when we were leaving, which was a lovely gesture. The location of the apartment was also ideal for us – there was a supermarket and a park with a playground on the way to the beach. We rented a beach hut from Illaria as well, so we had sunbeds, umbrellas, and a place to store our things while at the sea. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying with Illaria – 100%.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. perfect in every point of view

We stayed in this very clean and well-kept apartment for 7 days in May, with a terrace and small garden and very nice details. In a quiet location. Elena and Alessandro were very friendly and accommodating hosts who responded immediately to inquiries and concerns. We were able to store our e-bikes safely and without any problems. The accommodation is also very conveniently located as a starting point for bike tours. Would love to come again.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great warmth and helpfulness: the hospitality has been truly impeccable. Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

upon entering the property Luna was amazing. she provided us snacks/wine and even recommendations on where to go. she also is a bartender so she provided us an aperitivo one night with a ton of snacks. overall the place was amazing, we got there on a rainy day and looking at the hills surrounding us were magical. only thing for improvement is the soundproofing, we ended up getting some really loud guests next to us that would love to blast Bachata music, woke me and the wife up at 4:30 in the morning. had to go over and knock on the door. even when they watched movies they had it on super loud. as side from that, I would definitely go back. felt really peaceful and the grounds are very well kept.

Everything is impeccable, professional managers... than you can want more. I want to emphasize the tranquility and silence that have pleasantly characterized our stay that are often missing in the accommodation facilities located in the historic centers.

Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, perfect for two or more people, super tactical, close to the subway and a stone's throw from the sea, you don't even have to touch the car for getting around.

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts always available from start to finish The property is well maintained and looks like the photos Kind and accommodating hosts, we a group of 7 people consisting of friends gave us their tavern and their fireplace to have dinner together, carefully making sure there was everything we needed Highly recommend, we will definitely be back
